Add less milk or more milk based on how thick you prefer your oatmeal. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Our six night/ seven-day bike routes start in Durango, CO and finish in the world-renowned biking destination, Moab, Utah. Each hut is approximately 35 miles apart and is equipped with food, water, propane cook stove and lights, sleeping gear, and all cookware and utensils you need. Colder huts in the higher elevations also have a wood stove to keep it nice and cozy and to dry out gear. Maps, written route descriptions, and GPS tracks will lead you between each hut. These routes follow dirt road and single-track trails from the high alpine tundra of the San Juan Mountains to the desert slick rock and canyon country of Utah. In this video, I'm going to show you how my wife made a crock pot balsamic chicken, will minimal effort. We have put our stamp of approval on this meal! INGREDIENTS CHICKEN BREAST 2LB BALSAMIC VINEGAR 4 TBSP RED CHILI SAUCE 1 TBSP OR SPICE YOU LIKE HONEY 1 TBSP GINGER 1 TSP ONE BAG OF FROZEN BRUSSEL SPROUTS ONE BAG OF FROZEN CARRITS FOR FUN ADD ANY VEGAGTABE YOU WANT! DIRECTIONS Pull out the crock-pot and spray the bottom with none stick spray. In a small bowl, mix balsamic dressing, red chili sauce, honey, and ginger. Place chicken in a Ziploc bag and add balsamic mixture. Marinate for at least 20 minutes to 24 hours. Place chicken pieces in the crockpot, along with vegetables. Cook time is 4-6 hours. Enjoy!
