Monster Goliath Groupers with NFL Linebacker Sam Barrington - 4K
In this episode of BlacktipH, Josh is joined once again by NFL star linebacker Sam Barrington from the Green Bay Packers to go fishing for monster goliath groupers off the coast of Florida. We started off the day catching bonito (false albacore) for bait. After catching half a dozen albies for bait, Sam was ready to start goliath grouper fishing. Sam hooked up to his first goliath grouper and immediately got yanked forward. After an intense short fight, Sam Barrington landed his first goliath grouper. The day ended with Sam catching four goliath groupers. Sam's friends Johan and Richard both caught a goliath grouper, adding up a total of six goliath groupers for the day. • Follow Sam on Instagram → http://bit.ly/instagram-sam • Follow Sam on Twitter → http://bit.ly/twitter-sam • Follow Sam on Snapchat → sambarrington ► Ceuticore Nutrition: http://bit.ly/ceuticore ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ABOUT BLACKTIPH ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ BlacktipH Fishing brings you some of the most exciting fishing videos on the web. A Story of an Invasive Alien Species, Rapana venosa, in the Black Sea
This is a short story about Rapa whelk (Rapana venosa), an invasive alien species in the Turkish Black Sea coast, with an emphasis on its negative environmental effects on the marine ecosystem, its economic value for the local fishermen and possible conservation strategies of the marine habitat. Prepared by Turkish Marine Research Foundation (TUDAV)
13 Glowing ALIEN Fish From The Deep Sea
From Fluorescent Viperfish and Bioluminescent Catsharks to Glowing Anglerfish and Genetically Modified Glofish. These are 13 Glowing Fish. SUBSCRIBE for the latest videos: https://goo.gl/7xzjzR 13 GloFish Let’s start off this video about fish that glow, with GloFish! They are a patented and trademarked brand of genetically engineered fluorescent fish. The first fluorescent zebrafish were created at the National University of Singapore in 1999, by scientists trying to make a fish that would detect pollution by glowing in toxic waters. They combined the zebrafish embryo with genes that encode fluorescent proteins from jellyfish and sea coral. Yorktown Technologies, a company from Austin, Texas, bought the worldwide marketing rights to the fluorescent fish and in 2003, introduced the GloFish in the United States. It is the first and only genetically engineered animal to be publicly available and can only be found in the US. 12 Stoplight Loosejaw At number 12, we have the first naturally glowing fish on our list, the Stoplight Loosejaw. A type of barbeled dragonfish, it lives in the mesopelagic areas of all oceans. The mesopelagic zone is between 200 and 1000 metres below the surface of the water. Sunrays usually stop well before the 1 kilometre mark so creatures living here need to adapt to the darkness. Like our loosejaw, who lurks below the waters looking for zooplankton, with its huge mouth wide open, while using bioluminescence to look for Copepods, its favourite food. It is called a Stoplight Loosejaw because it has two big photophores, one red and one green and they look like the colors on a traffic stoplight. Due to the way light travels and dissipates in deep water, the red photophore allows it to see prey without being detected. They are also called rat-trap fish because of the unusual open structure of their jaws. 8 Cookiecutter Shark Moving on to the Cookiecutter Shark, or the Cigar Shark, an oceanic fish that likes to swim at depth of over 3 kilometres below the water. The name "cookiecutter shark" refers to its feeding habit of gouging round plugs, as if cut out with a cookie cutter, out of larger animals. Marks made by cookiecutter sharks have been found on a wide variety of marine mammals and fishes, as well as on submarines, undersea cables, and even human bodies. But the Cookiecutter Shark also glows in the dark, one of the most glowing of all fish, it’s bioluminescence persists up to 3 hours after being out of water. The photophores are strategically places on its underside to disrupt the light coming from above, confusing predators and hiding it’s real silhouette. 7 Lanternfish This method of camouflaging yourself with light is also used by the the Lantern Fish. A species of small, deep water fish, it is one of the most widely distributed fish. It is estimated that 65% of the oceans biomass are Lanternfish, with 246 species discovered so far. Small fish, they are between 2 and 30 centimetres long, although most of them stay well under 15 centimetres. They are masters of disguise, using their bioluminescence and counterillumination to confuse predators and mask themselves on the bottoms of the oceans. Thy also have gas bladders that confuse other fish that use echolocation or sonars. 2 Viperfish Next we take a closer look at the Viperfish. They are between 30 and 60 centimetres long and live in tropical and temperate waters and swim at great depths, 1500 metres below sea level during the day and down to 4000 metres during the night. They have snake like bodies and long, needle like teeth, and they are really ugly. They are predatory fish and feed on almost anything they gets their teeth into. The Viperfish has 3 types of photophores on its body, used mainly to attract prey. They have microscopic spheres all over their dorsal side, large spheres with pigment, reflector and lens, and finally, large, bell shaped organs grouped together along the dorsal surface. Although it may look like the viperfish is covered in scales, it is in fact covered by a thick, transparent coating of an unknown substance. 1 Anglerfish And at number one, probably the most famous and bizzare glowing fish, the Anglerfish. There are many types of Anglerfish, all over the globe, living at a variety of depths. But what all Anglerfish species have in common are their huge mouths full of razor sharp teeth and the esca, a fleshy growth on their heads, that houses light producing bacteria, and acts like bait for their prey, luring them straight into the fishs mouth. Anglerfish are a delicacy. Some Anglerfish species are a source of food. In North America, Europe and East-Asia, Goosefish are widely used in cooking and is often compared to a lobster tail in taste and texture. In Asia, especially in Korea and Japan, the liver of the Monkfish is considered a delicacy.

This is Iku Nagae's theme from Touhou 10.5: Scarlet Weather Rhapsody Thunder... thunder... thunder... Thunder cats! GO!!! Sorry, had to do that. Anyway, Iku's theme kicks ass, I mean, really, the energy that goes into this theme, it's tremendous. It also brings back horrible memories of those SONOFABITCHING ELECTRIC GLOBES which ZUN seems to have given to our dear Lady Seiga, that douchebag. But seriously, this theme just literally sends me to heaven.

A BATMAN FISH? real or fake?
Hey guys, Bill here. Doing this show I have seen tons of weird looking sea creatures, but nothing like this. It was sent in by Alex Cox and it’s called “very strange fish in Marsa Matrouh, Egypt.” It was posted by Ahmed Khalifa and shows what looks like a bat gone swimming. It looks and sounds like it was recorded at a beach. But is this thing really a living creature? Or is this video really some batman fan playing with us. That’s what Alex wants to know. ------------------------------------ LINK TO ORIGINAL VIDEO http://youtu.be/wkDManKZyy8 ______________________ When I went out searching for the truth about this thing, there was another video that came to mind. It was the one where a guy was claimed to being chased by a stingray. Well, as you might recall this turned out to be a complete fake. It was really the shadow of a kite the man was running from. Now, as far as this one goes, this could easily be done with a piece of black cloth and some fishing line. And it wouldn’t take a lot of skill to pull it off. So, I have some serious suspicions about this video. I posted it on my facebook page where some of my best “real or fake” detectives like to hang out. And it was there, I got the real answer which I have right here. Ok, now before I open this envelope, you know what you have to do, don’t you? You have to yell out your answer, as loud as you can… either real or fake. Ok, you ready. And go. Ok, now that we know where you stand, lets see what we have right here. THE ANSWER : The video of the black sea creature has been has been examined… With the help of numerous viewers on Facebook, it has been determined to be… Firmly on the side of, a living organism, and therefor…. REAL Thanks to my Facebook crew members like Yoni Cohen, Albert Frances, and Timothy Aruta, this thing was indentified as a Mottled Sea Hare! The Mottled Sea Hare is a form of sea slug with a complicated scientific name, but is confirmed to exist in both the Red Sea and the Mediterranean which are the two oceans that touch Egypt. It grows to be about 40cm long or about 15 inches. It usually hides during the day and eats seaweed at night. Like Octopus, these little guys release clouds of ink when threatened. I want to thank Alex for submitting this video. I’m going to leave a link to the original in the description box. And remember, if you have a picture or video you aren’t sure wether it is real or not, send it over to me at [email protected] and I will take a look.

10 Sea Monsters ATTACKING A Boat!
Check out these 10 sea monsters attacking a boat! This top 10 list of ocean creatures like whales and great white sharks attacking a ship shows some bizarre stories caught on camera! Subscribe For New Videos! http://goo.gl/UIzLeB Watch our "MYSTERIOUS Creatures Living At The BOTTOM Of The World!" video here: https://youtu.be/Efhjc-Gu508 Watch our "SECRETS Casinos DON'T Want You To Find Out!" video here: https://youtu.be/hAoABuvzOZM Watch our "RAREST And Most EXPENSIVE Cars In The World!" video here: https://youtu.be/MtCnWSqqilg 10. Great White Shark If you’ve been on a boat out on the ocean, a Jaws attack has probably crossed your mind. Even if it’s just barely!! Then of course you rationalize that the chances of that happening are practically 0. Practically. That’s what Terry Selwood, a 73-year-old Australian fisherman learned in 2017, when a great white shark leapt out of the water, into his boat!! 9. An Eagle Ray Rays seem like beautiful, serene creatures - but they can be extremely dangerous, even if you’re on the relative safety of a large tourist boat. In 2011, Jenny Hausch had rented a 26-foot catamaran for her family to take a trip in Florida. Sounds really nice right? 8. Swordfish In 2017, Alan Pope, a British tourist, was on a boat trip getting ready to go snorkeling in Indonesia when everything went horribly wrong. Without any warning, a swordfish jumped out of the water and into the boat, and impaled his neck with its bill. The end snapped off, and left six inches of the sword still jabbed inside his neck, just millimeters from instantly killing him. 7. Sperm Whales The Gulf of Alaska is a prime fishing location, especially for those trying to catch black cod. In these waters, though, there is a much larger creature that also likes eating the fish- sperm whales. They are the ocean’s largest toothed predators, and while they are quite capable of catching food for themselves, they much prefer taking the easy route. 6. Giant Squid Mostly creatures of legend, giant squids are mentioned in many old mariners tales of dangers at sea. But they are rarely seen, let alone involved in attacking boats. So when a team of French sailors came face to face with one in 2003, they almost didn’t believe it!! 5. Bull Shark You might think that a great white shark would be the most problematic shark species to boats, but there’s another type that can be more aggressive, and more likely to risk an encounter. 4. Jellyfish Sometimes it’s the smallest things that can have the biggest effect, something that became ever so apparent in 2017 when Chinese scientists were investigating why their aircraft carriers were experiencing difficulties. They found that large swarms of Jellyfish were getting caught up in the propulsion systems! This would stop the ships dead in their tracks, or cause the engines to overheat and cause extreme damage. 3. Mako Shark This next story took place just last year, 2017 in Long Island, New York. A fishing charter boat was taking guests to the location where they find the widest variety of fish, when suddenly a Mako shark jumped onto the side of the boat. Unfortunately for the fish, it managed to get itself stuck in the handrail of the boat and, despite thrashing about, it couldn’t free itself. 2. Black Marlin Game fishing is a popular pastime for many enthusiasts, but when you’re chasing after some of the largest and most powerful marine creatures on earth, you have to be ready for the unpredictable. Again last year, things went very wrong indeed for a fishing boat off the coast of Panama. They had caught a black marlin, a species that can weight up to 1500 pounds and reach speeds of up to 50 miles per hour. 1. Killer Whale If you’ve ever watched a nature documentary that’s featured Killer Whales, you’ll be all too familiar how organised and clever they can be. Pods work together to catch prey, and even tilt ice flows to trap seals. When they turn these skills towards human activity, the results can be frightening. YOU Decide! TRASH OR TROPHY Fish? (Fishing for Albies, Bonito, Striped Bass and Black Sea Bass)
This is the last footage I have from my striped bass fishing trip in Connecticut. We fished the Long Island sound and caught Stripers, ablies, bonito, bluefish and black sea bass. Geography often dictates our perspective and attitudes, especially when it comes to fish. Bonito, Albies, False Albacore are all the same saltwater fish, but hold different values depending on who you talk to and where. In Florida they are considered Trash Fish, with little sport or food value. The opposite is true in the Northeast where fishermen go crazy over these sport fish. It goes to show, as fishermen and outdoorsmen, we need to keep our minds open, to perspectives common and foreign to us. Follow my buddy Alec on instagram @sanderm23. Древние чудовища в Черном море Fish dinosaur caught in the Black sea
Near Sevastopol fishermen caught a fish-dinosaur. Predatory fish with a mouthful of dinosaur and a big ugly наростом on the head of the black sea fishermen caught network close to the Crimea. Fish-mutant on the deck caught on people trying to bite. Fishermen gave carcass monster Sevastopol biologists. Those announced a scientific sensation. According to oceanographers is a very ancient species of sharks, which occur very rarely. Is only one known case of capture, such shark in the late 19th century. According to them, the sharks only a few pieces, and the ugly lump on the head of them was preserved since the time of the dinosaurs. It is unclear just how ancient shark caught in the Black sea.

SWR Extras: Crimson in the Black Sea ~ Legendary Fish (Arrangement)
This is an arrangement of Iku Nagae's theme from Touhou 10.5: Scarlet Weather Rhapsody I've just noticed that I'm supposed to upload the extras before the Ending and Staff Roll... FML. Ah well, I uploaded the final bosses themes first, so I don't care. Anyway, rock! Rock music for Iku-san. I hope she likes it, 'cause I sure do.

Nightmarish Sea Devil Fish Caught On Camera For The First Time
One of the world's most rarely seen fish has been spotted by a deep diving research vehicle. This anglerfish, named Melanocetus, is just 9 cm in length and comes equipped with its own luminous fishing rod on the top of its head. It is also known as the Black Sea Devil, and you might have seen a similar fish almost catch and eat Nemo and Dory in Finding Nemo. The slow-moving Melanocetus lights up the tip of its pole in the darkness of the deep sea in order to attract its prey before gobbling them up when they are within reach of its mouth. The fish in the video, shot by the California-based Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute (MBARI), is a female. The male of the species is much smaller and fairly useless – it does not have the 'fishing rod' on its head and is therefore unable to hunt for food. Researchers believe that its sole purpose is to find a female to mate with. The MBARI team believes that this is the first video footage ever shot of this species alive and at depth, and it is only the third anglerfish that they have observed in years of deep sea exploration. Researchers were able to capture the fish in order to study it further. It is being kept in a dark tank with near-freezing water – similar to its ocean habitat – but it isn't expected to survive for long. 5 STRANGE Deep Sea Creatures - Part 1?
Its pitch black, extremely cold, immensely pressurised, low in food and oxygen and insanely vast. I'm of course talking about the Deep Sea. To survive in inconceivably extreme environments like this, animals of the deep must be pretty unbelievable. They are. Mainly because these mysterious creatures have adapted in ways that will surely blow your mind away - for a multitude of reasons. At a depth of 1800 meters or more it’s the largest habitat on earth, so let’s explore 5 unbelievable creatures found there. Watch the video for a more informative and entertaining experience (though the list is below): ➢5. The Spotlight Loosejaw This alien from the deep has highly-adapted weaponry and surveillance gear. It has a bioluminescent flashlight below its eyes that is undetectable to its prey and has an incredibly large and fast jaw. ➢4. The Barreleye Fish This animal has adapted in a unique way, to say the least. It's got a transparent head and unusual barrelled eyes. got 360 degree vision and is so illusive that only one has ever been filmed. ➢3. Cookiecutter shark Don’t let this deep sea creatures silly name and wide smile fool you because it's actually really vicious and definitely doesn't pick fights on creatures of its own size. This is because it preys on just about every large and medium-sized creature it shares an ocean with, from whales to seals and even other sharks. ➢2. Giant Isopod These bottom feeders are thought to live at depths of up to 2200 meters where they like to burry themselves in the mud for protection. They have an extremely slow metabolism to conserve energy and can starve themselves for years. ➢1. Wolf-Trap Angler An anglerfish with an unusual jaw, which is how it got its name. The anglerfish is certainly an unbelievable creature more generally though. It hunts with some sort of fishing rod on its head and when it comes to reproducing the male simply bites the female... eternally.

JETTY Black Rock Fish: HOW TO
I quickly go over the essentials/technique that I use for Jetty Bass "Black Rock Fish" and catch my PB in the process! SUMMARY: Allow your presentation to get to bottom, Heavy line is a must to allow you to take power over the fish (they love to dive into the rocks). A lot of the time you will feel the first hit and not realize the fish still has it in his mouth and is just swimming towards you (always pump the rod to feel what is going on)... Using braid gives you the advantage of feeling EVERYTHING. TIGHT LINES and GOOD LUCK! -Adam
