Please read the instructions below: @ https://www.youtube.com/c/Stylecrazefitness * There are five exercises which help you lose belly fat. # Leg raise: Lie on your back with your hands by your side, relax your neck and lift your legs straight up. Lower both your legs. Inhale as you lower your legs and exhale as you lift them. Don’t arch your back. Beginners can perform this exercise 12-15 times .Others can do them 25-30 times. # Rope crunches: A rope attachment is used. It is up to a height a few inches above your own. Use a mat to relieve pressure from your knees. Get onto your knees. Keep your arms slightly bent. Curl up and round your back. Get your elbow to your knees. Inhale when you bend and exhale when you come up. Do 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions each. # Jumping jack: It is effective for losing belly fat. Remember, don’t bring the knees inward. Land softly by keeping the knees slightly bent. Do 3 sets of 25 repetitions. # Dumbbell side bend: Start with your knees and shoulders apart. Use a dumbbell that is not too heavy .Place one hand on your waist and stretch it in the opposite direction, come up and contract. Inhale stretching down to the left, exhale contracting to the right. You can change sides. Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions on both sides. # Inchworm: This is a great work out. Bend your hips .Touch the floor. Walk your hands out in front of you as far as you can. Beginners Fat Burning Workout | Summer’s Weight Loss Journey
So I've been promising this video to you all for so long and I finally got it together! This is the routine that started it all! I repeated these same workouts for the first 6 months of my weight loss journey until getting my first "Big Gym" membership.. Obviously most (if not all) these moves were much harder than I may make them look. GOOD news is there's variations/modifications for pretty much everything I showed you in this video. My current workouts are a bit more intense with HIIT incorporated as I am still doing my best to get the rest of this extra baby weight off as well as lose a total of about 25-30 more lbs before getting my skin removed. You will feel good in your body and your mind ! For me sport became a habit, something that was part of my schedule. The gym, has become a moment for me, to make me feel good. It's no longer a transformation in a short term, it's a way of life. And physical progress naturally follows from training at the Gym and eating well. I totally devoted to bodybuilding, I did not do any cardio at all but I do my own HIITs workouts . I have noticed that since I only do bodybuilding, I have never progressed so much physically as in my performances. Making Fun Of Fat People In The Gym (Motivation Story)
I hope this can inspire some people who are insecure about getting made fun of at the gym or really anywhere for that matter! I believe we live in a society where the opinion's of other people carries too much importance. The truth is we have all been made fun of at one point or another. The fear of what others may think can sometimes be so intimidating that all we want to do is hide away under a blanket somewhere. It's this fear that holds us back from accomplishing goals. Best thing to do? Stop caring what other people think! Dig deep for that motivation and ignore the haters! Here I share a story of an overweight woman in the gym who assumed she was being judged in a negative way and made fun of, when in fact she looked super awesome beast mode! This is Max Tapper for HowCast. And what we're going to talk about today is how to use circuit training for fat loss. Alright? Now, if your goal is fat loss, circuit training is a awesome, awesome type of exercise to do, because you're using so many muscles at the same time. And you're going to be burning so many different calories. Now. Very important. What I consider the most important thing in creating the circuit training when your goal is fat loss is using big, big muscles. And big exercises. So you're not going to spend a lot of time doing bicep curls, and tricep curls. You're going to spend most of your times doing chest press, pushups, pullups, squats. Big, big muscles that move the most amount of weight at the same time. Alright? Now they also will burn the most amount of calories at the same time. So that's going to be one of the basic principles when it comes down to fat loss. Now I know you hear, most of the times you're talking to professionals, that 60 percent of your heart rate maximum is where you want to be if your goal is fat loss. Well, I agree with that, but I think it's a waste of your time. If your goal is to get things going as quickly as possible, then definitely up that intensity. Your goal is to burn the most amount of calories in the shortest amount of time, then get out of the gym. Alright? So think about this. If I decide I'm going to walk ten blocks, and it's going to take me five hours, how efficient is my time? If I walk those ten blocks, a little faster, but I do it in half an hour, I've done a lot more. And I also have a lot more time for myself to do something else, outside of that day. So remember, guys. No matter what it is, more intense is going to be better, even if it's for fat loss. And always use big, big muscles, and big, big exercises that get you to where you want to get a lot quicker. Okay? So guys, get out there. Do all those big exercises. And burn that fat. And stay safe.
