Dr. Berg talks about how to get your spouse to lose weight. This is for men only. If you are female, do not watch this. The best way to get your wife to lose weight is to somehow get her to understand the truth about how to burn fat. Lowering insulin is the key and doing health ketosis and intermittent fasting will work with the least amount of effort. Once your wife tries this and it works, then she will continue. Also if she tries this, she will feel better, more energy, less cravings and because it makes her healthy it will be something she will want to continue. I recommend showing her this video to get started: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwCRjwDs1Ek
Hey guys in this video we are gonna talk about how to get your wife to lose weight. This is for men only, if you're a female click off right now. Okay guys, the absolute best way hands down to help your wife lose weight is by using cash. Now $5,000 works really good but if you can use 15,000 its even better. The more cash you could give her, the more compliant she is gonna become. Alright guys, i'm just teasing okay. So first of all let's talk about what not to do. Number 1, the next time you hug her do not pinch her fat, that's really really bad. That's terrible. Do not do that. Number 2, stop giving her candy, stop feeding her donuts. Those things make her fat. It's not the way to do it. Number 3, if you are at the restaurant and she eats some bread or ordered something she doesn't eat, don't say "honey I thought you are trying to lose weight". She already know she needs to lose weight, that does not help. Because it's just going to make it wrong and its gonna start a fight. So don't do that. For Christmas or at a birthday, don't give her presents like a scale or a tape measure or a membership at the gym. Those are all bad things, okay? don't do that. So what do you do? I hope you are taking notes. Number 1, you'd be an example. You use yourself get in shape. Get off the couch, stop drinking beer, get in shape and lead by example. Number 2, you could mention like "hey honey i'm going on a gym, do you want to come with?" if she says yes, great. if she says no, drop it like a potato, don't get in to it. You got to use a very light touch. Another thing that I think you should do is, send her one of my videos in metabolism. You can say, "Honey, I have this great video by dr. berg you wanna check it out?" if she does, great. if she doesn't, drop it. because in the video I actually show people how to lose weight probably why they're in the situation that they are in because they try other things that doesn't work and then they give up. Now the other thing that you can do is validate her, tell her she's beautiful, you have to build her up. If she comes out on a dressing room with this dress on and ask you, "Honey do I look fat on this?" you better say no despite whether she says she's lying, you have to say no. I know some people will say, "Well, i'm just telling her the truth. well she doesn't look skinny".
