I am so happy to share my unboxing video of my brand new See Through Sea custom silicone mermaid tail! The design of this mermaid tai was abalone inspired. Abalone are one of my favorite ocean creatures, and they inspire me to share our beautiful underwater world with you. From conception to completion this tail took 5 months. Its design and creation were truly a team effort between Alicia Ward and myself. THANK YOU ALICIA! Be on the lookout for more of my part-time mermaid life! THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! Take a look at the process of designing a $3500 custom silicone mermaid tail, specifically from See Through Seas Mermaids! I quickly cover why you might want to purchase a silicone tail over a more affordable fabric mermaid tail. Watch as I explain my ocean inspiration, which is from my favorite sea creature, abalone! I have gone freediving for abalone but now they are a protected species here in the kelp forests off the coast of California. Alicia from See Through Seas was professional and so easy to work with! We had to work out all the kinks to create my one-of-a-kind silicone mermaid tail, and I am in love with the final result! A BIG "Thank You" to Alicia for all the work and effort that she put into this project. . .... . This is The Millennial Mermaid! Be "shore" to subscribe to my channel! Here are 10 fascinating see-through animals. Not all animals are blessed with thick, beautifully patterned fur or shiny, colorful scales, but that doesn’t necessarily make them less intriguing. Here are 10 fascinating see-through animals. Number 10. Glass Frog. They’re named such because their upper skin is a translucent green while the flesh on their underbelly is crystal clear. They like to hang out on – and blend into – the trees of the humid Central and South American forests. Number 9. Barton Springs salamander. This Texan reptile’s sheer outer covering may help it hide from predators, but sadly it hasn’t been able to protect it from pollutants. As the creature relies on all-too-scarce clean spring water, it’s among the most endangered species in North America. Number 8. Pelagic octopus. Unlike the creatures that spend much of their time on the ocean floor, this octopus lives in mid-depth waters. Its transparency is the result of extreme environmental adaptation. Number 7. Pram bug. It may look kind of cool, but if you ever see one of these sea crustaceans it’s advised that you swim for your life. They make nests by killing, eating and occupying the corpses of other creatures. Number 6. Larval squid. Here’s a neat trick. This sea dweller’s outer cover reveals its inner organs, but it’s not completely without pigmentation. It has random patches of color that can be changed at will, giving it an impressive camouflage advantage. Number 5. Glass wing butterfly. Butterflies get their colorful appearance from scales that reflect light. This little flier is lacking in that department, which is what renders its wings almost entirely transparent. Number 4. Barreleye fish. The large, clear area on the fish’s head is what allows it to catch a glimpse of what’s swimming above it. Its eyes have a pretty amazing rotation range and can also look straight ahead. Number 3. Ghost shrimp. This crustacean is about as clear as living things get. In some environments the only time they are even noticed is right after they’ve eaten something colorful. Number 2. Crocodile ice fish. In addition to being mostly translucent, this swimmer has another unique coloration issue. It lacks red blood cells and hemoglobin, making it a white-blooded being. Number 1. Hydromedusae. Much like the Medusa of Ancient Greece fame, one of this jellyfish’s most notable physical traits is its great number of serpentine extensions. The undersea version, however, isn’t nearly as dangerous and most don’t even sting. Which see-through creature do you find most fascinating?

SURFACE, a ROAM Original, is the story of how award-winning photographer Ben Thouard invented a new perspective of our world—shot underwater from inside a wave looking back at the landscape as never seen before. His love of the ocean, surfing, and windsurfing brought him to the small village of Teahupoo, Tahiti, where he can see the legendary surf break from his backyard. From the crystal clear waters of French Polynesia, his creative vision and desire to do something original took hold. After 15 years of trial and error, failure and success, he persevered to discover his own signature photographic style, as seen in his stunning new book, SURFACE. He hopes this new vision of our oceans, in their most pristine form, will inspire others to protect them. “Through this work, I hope people can realize that we need to take care of our garbage and recycle all of the plastic,” says Ben. Outstanding microscopic images you've probably never seen before. Subscribe to our channel: http://goo.gl/9CwQhg ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Description: There is a fascinating world all around us. From trees, humans, animals, houses, wildlife, and more, there is nothing around us that isn’t short of amazing. Even with the ocean, there is a world that we have yet been able to capture fully, as the depths of the ocean goes beyond what we can explore as humans at the moment. But there is yet, another world that have just started to discover. If you’ve ever been a fan of Dr. Seuss’ “Horton Hears a Who”, then you’ll be delighted to know that there is a whole other world that is so tiny that we cannot see with our naked eye. It’s a real life Whoville as there are creatures that are microscopic and hanging out in our clothes, water, body parts, and more. Before you get the heebie jeebies or want to put yourself through a cleansing shower, you should be relieved to know that most of these organisms are friendly and are here to help you. For example, there are tiny little mites that hang out on our eyelashes. They help shed dead skin off our our eyes and keeps our eyes fresh and clean. Also, if you have ever hung out in the ocean, you might be tickled to learn that there are thousands of tiny creatures in every drop of ocean water. But there is more to this tiny world than just the organisms, the tiny objects that we use each day can be beautiful and emulate what we see in our normal-sized life. For example, a piece of cracked steel is just as majestic and beautiful as the Grand Canyon. If you have ever had issues threading a needle, you’ll be relieved to know that it’s most likely that the thread is too much of a mess to go through the eye of the needle smoothly. Also, all of us are familiar with dust, and how inconvenient it is with having to clean it up on a near daily basis. But dust can be some of the most interesting things to look at if you put it under a microscope. From skin dander, pet dander, and even the body parts of insects, there is a whole other diverse world with a dust speck. Speaking of another world, if you ever put a marijuana leaf underneath a microscope, you’ll find a psychedelic and colorful world on the leaves, which is rather interesting given the affects that the THC-fused plant has on our brains. Essentially, don’t judge a book by its cover. There is so much out there when it comes to our world that isn’t limited to what we can perceive. If you want to feel large, then grab yourself a microscope and get a better perception of what is all around us. It should not only be empowering, but also humbling at the same time, as we don’t know everything there is in the world. But we also have such a wondrous world that has yet to be discovered and our adventure in doing so is far from over. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheRichest.org Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheRichest_Com Instagram: http://instagram.com/therichest ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Featuring: A MAGGOT CUT BEARD HAIR CRACKED STEEL A GECKO TOE EYELASHES EYELASH MITE THE MARINE WORM NEEDLE AND THREAD HOUSEHOLD DUST MARIJUANA THE HUMAN EYE SEAWATER ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.therichest.com/

The barrel eye or spook fish lives in the deep sea and has a unique way of making use of the small amount of light that exists in the deep. It has tubular eyes in a transparent head that look for faint traces of bioluminescence - biological light made by both prey and potential mates. But it also has special reflective parts too and is one of the unique visual systems in the animal kingdom - not bad for a creature that lives mostly in the dark!

The Exodus - God parts the Red Sea through Moses. The Ten Commandments 2006 version combined with Exodus 14 brings this amazing historical event to life as God parts the Red Sea through Moses. Enjoy! The Exodus - God parts the Red Sea through Moses. Exodus 14:5 And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us? Exodus 14:6 And he made ready his chariot, and took his people with him: Exodus 14:7 And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt, and captains over every one of them. Exodus 14:8 And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand. Exodus 14:9 But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon. Exodus 14:10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the LORD. Exodus 14:11 And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt? Exodus 14:12 Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness. Exodus 14:13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. Exodus 14:14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. Exodus 14:15 And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: Exodus 14:16 But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. Exodus 14:17 And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen. Exodus 14:18 And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen. Exodus 14:19 And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them: Exodus 14:20 And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night. Exodus 14:21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. Exodus 14:22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. Exodus 14:23 And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots, and his horsemen. Exodus 14:24 And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians, Exodus 14:25 And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians. Exodus 14:26 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen. Exodus 14:27 And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. Exodus 14:28 And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them. Exodus 14:29 But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. Exodus 14:30 Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore. Exodus 14:31 And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses.

Jupiter holds many mysteries but thanks to spacecrafts such as Juno, scientists now have a pretty good idea of what lurks inside of this colossal planet. So lets put on our super science fiction space suits and dive directly into Jupiter! But what will we find???? *****Check out our NEW Amazon store! Just click on the link below to find loads of awesome gifts just in time for Christmas!***** https://www.amazon.com/shop/v101science (US Version) https://www.amazon.co.uk/shop/v101science (UK Version) **REMEMBER TO SUBSCRIBE FOR MUCH MORE TO COME** Subscribe - https://www.youtube.com/c/V101Science Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/V101Science Twitter - https://twitter.com/V101Science Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/v101__science/ Falling into Jupiter description (based on the popular reddit post by Astromike23) You would first fall through the high, white ammonia clouds, at about 0.5 atmospheres, which is half the atmospheric pressure at sea level on Earth. The suns light would still be visible, but it wouldn't warm you as it is incredibly cold at this altitude, dropping to below -150 degrees Celsius. Because the gravity of Jupiter is so strong you would be descending roughly 2.5 times faster than if they where falling towards Earth you would eventually reach the bottom of the Ammonia clouds, feeling a pressure of 1 atmosphere. At this point the sun can still be seen but its light is being filtered by the clouds above, resembling an overcast day back on Earth. But below, you would see the next stage of your journey, rolling brown ammonium hydrosulphide and ammonium sulfide clouds, which start at about 2 atmospheres and become more and more brown the further you travel through them. As you enter these clouds, the light from the sun would slowly diminish and the temperature would start to heat up due to the ever increasing pressures around you. The further you descend the darker it will become until it is completely black, but then huge flashes of lightning illuminate the now dark environment you find your self in, revealing towering white water ice clouds that are causing rumbling thunderstorms to occur. As you pass through this cloud stage the pressure would increase to a crushing 10 atmospheres and the temperature would of risen to 20 degrees Celsius. Using your hi tech sci fi helmet you can now see whats around you, but you would quickly realise that the cloud layers where the easy part of the adventure. As you emerge from bottom of the water ice clouds the pressure would become intense and the temperature would drastically increase to above 200 degrees Celsius. After a very very long time of sinking you would start to notice the atmosphere becoming thicker and eventually you stop as your density equals out with the environment around you. But because your suit is extremely high tech it allows you to sink further in to this abyss just to see what lies beneath. After an extremely long wait, you would of now sunk 13,000 miles into Jupiter and into to the metallic region at 2 million atmospheres. Here the hydrogen has become so dense that it has become a type of liquid metal and this is what is causing Jupiter's strong magnetic field. The temperature would continue to increase, becoming hotter than the surface of the sun as the hydrogen metal around you glows white hot and illuminates this strange environment. At this stage most materials would instantly crumble and dissolve, but because your science fiction space suit is super strong you can keep descending through this ocean of liquid metal. After a seriously long time of sinking through this abyss, you would eventually hit rock bottom, literally. This would be the final stage of your journey, you would be standing on a surface perhaps 10 times the mass of Earth and made of rock and exotic ices, at a pressure of above 25 million atmospheres. Surrounding Jupiter's core is a huge mixture of rock and liquid hydrogen metal that has been called the fuzzy layer and this is where your adventure would end. The piglet squid, Helicocranchia pfefferi, is so called because of its wide face, snout, and tuff of tentacles that look like hair. It's also been called the glass squid, or cloudy squid, as it is almost see-through - an adaption for camouflage in the deep sea. It lives neither at the top of the bottom of the ocean but in the middle - the mesopelagic zone that extends from about 200 to 1000 metres (~660 to 3300 feet) below the surface of the ocean, where it is mostly dark. Little is known about this cute little squid and although found worldwide it is not known whether they are one species. This one came from the San Clemente trench off California. MBARI researchers Bruce Robison and Kim Reisenbichler used video taken by unmanned, undersea robots called remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) to study barreleye fish in the deep waters just offshore of Central California. At depths of 600 to 800 meters (2,000 to 2,600 feet) below the surface, the ROV cameras typically showed these fish hanging motionless in the water, their eyes glowing a vivid green in the ROV's bright lights. The ROV video also revealed a previously undescribed feature of these fish--its eyes are surrounded by a transparent, fluid-filled shield that covers the top of the fish's head. This video is narrated by senior scientist Bruce Robison. For more on this story, see MBARI's news release at: http://www.mbari.org/news/news_releases/2009/barreleye/barreleye.html For more cool animal images, see MBARI's feature images galleries: http://www.mbari.org/news/feature-image/feature-image-gallery-2.html

This really big sea turtle seemed to be following the see through canoe for a while, but she acted as though it wasn't there as she went about the business of looking for breakfast. This was taken in the Florida Keys near Key West, FL in the transparent kayak/canoe hybrid from http://www.Seethroughcanoe.com

These sea creatures are so rare, that we only found 1 or 2 of them. How rare and unusual are they exactly? Find out here... SUBSCRIBE for the latest videos: https://goo.gl/7xzjzR Don't forget to CHECK OUT our latest upload: https://goo.gl/LUB8Xw 20 of the RARESTand UNUSUAL Creatures Found In The Sea 1 – Promachoteuthis sulcus We start off our list with the Promachoteuthis sulcus. Known only by its scientific name, this species of squid is the rarest on earth and does not even have a common name. 2 – Pocket Shark Second on our list is the Pocket shark which is an extremely rare species of the shark family. First seen years ago off the coast of Peru, the second-ever known specimen was collected in 2010 offshore Louisiana, near the Gulf of Mexico by the NOAA ship. 3 – Australian Ghost Shark Next is the Australian Ghost shark which is found in southern Australia, including Tasmania, south of East Cape and Kaipara Harbour in New Zealand at depths of up to 500 meters. 4 – Crusty Nautilus At number 4, meet Crusty nautilus also known as the Fuzzy Nautilus, one of the rarest marine animals in the world. This is a really rare species that was thought to have gone extinct after 1986 but was rediscovered in 2015 by a US biologist off the coast in Papua New Guinea. 5 – Pigbutt worm A rare sight that you might see if you descend thousands of feet beneath the water, is this balloon-like pair of buttocks that resemble a pig’s rear. 6 – Dumbo Octopus Dumbo octopus that belongs to the Umbrella group of octopuses comes 6th on our list and is the deepest living of all known octopuses. They come in different colors and live anywhere from 9,000 to as deep as 23,000 feet below the surface. 7 – Halitrephes maasi jellyfish Number 7, we have the Halitrephes Maasi jellyfish which is a deep sea jellyfish and not much is known about this species. It is extremely rare to have ever been seen as it is found at a depth of 4,000 to 5000 feet below the water. 8 – The Pink Sea-Through Fantasia 8th on our list we have the Pink Sea-Through Fantasia, an amazing creature that was unknown till 2007 when it was discovered by a team of marine biologists about 2,500 meters deep in the Celebes Sea in the western Pacific Ocean. 9 – Dana Octopus Squid At number 8 we have Dana octopus squid named after Danish fisheries biologist Aage Vedel Tåning who often traveled on the research vessel, Dana. It is one of the largest known squid species, reaching a mantle length of 5.6 feet and the total length of 7.5 feet. 10 – Vampire Squid We arrive at number 10 with the Vampire Squid that has similar characteristics of both octopuses and squid. The scientific name of Vampire Squid translates to 'vampire squid from and seems an apt name as its eight arms are connected by a cloak-like. 11 – Barreleye Coming next on our list is an astonishingly strange creature that can only come from a mad scientist or in this case from the deep sea. Barreleye, also known as spook fish get their name because of their barrel-shaped eyes. 12 – Oarfish Number 12 is Oarfish which is the longest species of bony fish, with lengths reported up to 17 meters and can weigh as much as 600 pounds. Just last year several beachgoers pulled a deceased oarfish from the sea in the Philippines. 13 – The goblin shark 13th on the list, the Goblin shark is a very rare species of deep-sea shark. It is a medium-sized shark and the length of an adult ranges between 3 to 4 meters. 14 – The Terrible Claw Lobster This tiny lobster is number 14 on our list and is apparently a very rare deep-sea lobster. The Terrible Claw Lobster gets its name because of its bizarre claws. 15 – Pacific Blackdragon The Pacific Blackdragon that ranks at number 15 on our list is a deep-sea predator that belongs to the Pacific Ocean and hence the name. 16 – The Narwhal Known as the "unicorn of the ocean," the narwhal is a rarely seen whale that inhabits mostly the Atlantic and Russian waters of the Arctic. 17 – Roughback batfish Though those lovely red lips are eye-catching, it still looks like it should have a good shave before it tries make-up again. 18 – Pelican eel At the 18th position is the Pelican eel, one of the most bizarre looking creatures in the deep sea with its most notable attribute being its large mouth. 19 – Spotted Handfish Have you ever seen a fish that prefers walking instead of swimming? If not then let’s introduce you to the second to last on our list. 20 – Blobfish Voted the world's ugliest animal in an online poll conducted by the British-based Animal Preservation Society, last on our list is the Blobfish which lives off the coasts of Australia and Tasmania. Since it lives about 2,000 to 3,900 feet deep in the water, it is very rarely seen by humans, aren’t we thankful for that! Make sure you paid close attention because those sea creatures are really rare! Did you happen to see one in real life?

Mud river is one of 2 rivers that are right next to Weeki Wachee River in Weeki Wachee, Florida. Mud river is also spring fed and just like Weeki, there are usually manatees here as well as sea turtles, dolphins, otters, bald eagles & more. Unlike Weeki, it is not overrun with people. At 54 seconds in, you can hear the crunching as the manatee grazes. It's a great place to go canoeing or kayaking and get away from the crowds. http://www.SeeThroughCanoe.com

There is my new original song, this time, about mighty Vikings! Download - https://zergananda.bandcamp.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Zergananda Twitter: https://twitter.com/Zergananda Lyrics: The seer is speaking with his gods He will see what the future will become In his vision all in the way will fall Before the mighty warriors The ritual of blood is a gift To the spirits of the sea They will help us reach The place of our glory Through the sea Through fire Through honorable death in fighting We will come to the sacred land Nothing stops us Nothing breaks us Our father awaits us In the golden halls of Valhalla Our women are shield maidens With the power of Freya They are fighting like the bravest Side by side with our men We can cross the ocean Our ships are strong Thor has blessed us with the thunder Of the distant storm Our enemies are close They are praying to their god I can see The fear in their eyes He can’t help them in this battle Because Odin, Our father, Stays on our side Through the sea Through fire Through honorable death in fighting We will come to the sacred land Nothing stops us Nothing breaks us Our father awaits us In the golden halls of Valhalla I smell blood around Valkyries are flying in the sky The axes are pulling my hands to the ground But I will continue to fight! My fate belongs to the gods Before the day I die I must deserve the right To join my fellow brothers Through the sea Through fire Through honorable death in fighting We will come to the sacred land Nothing stops us Nothing breaks us Our father awaits us In the golden halls of Valhalla!

Looking Through the Glass Window at the Queen's Bath 54 Sailing Saoirse Due to light wind we're unable to sail to the glass window bridge. So we do what people do in Eleuthera to get around, hitchhike! The glass window bridge is a beautiful sight to see. The Caribbean side of Eleuthera is calm and peaceful while the Atlantic side is rough and violent. We picked the perfect time to go, low tide. It allowed us to go under the bridge and get a more up close and personal feel for the two different bodies of water. The glass window bridge was once completely made naturally from coral rock, until a hurricane knocked it into the ocean. It was rebuilt but has subject to damage over the years from other hurricanes. The bridge can be very dangerous during severe weather or rages. Many live have been lost from people being swept away to sea by large waves. There is no coral reef on the Atlantic Ocean side to protect the bridge from large waves that build miles out at sea. Although it can be dangerous at times, it's very beautiful to see the vast contrast between the two waters. Before it got too late in the day, we headed over to the Queen's baths just south of the bridge. The baths are limestone pools that have been carved out from the Atlantic ocean over many many years. Sea life can be found in the baths. The baths closest to the crashing waves get filled up often and tend to be cooler than the baths further up that bake in the sun. It's a busy place, lots of people come and go but few stay more than 20 minutes, unlike us. We were there for a few hours. It was so pretty there we didn't want to leave. We got a ride in the back of a pickup truck to get back to Saoirse. Then we took Oona on a long walk across town to a large secluded beach. We had a picture perfect sunset to end the day. big love, beau, brandy, and our salty dog, oona patreon: https://www.patreon.com/sailingsaoirse facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sailingsaoirse instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sailingsaoirse music: A Warm Embrace - Gavin Luke Be Right There - oomiee Flippa Club - Homebody Never Say No 2 - Peter Sandberg When You've Found Home (Instrumental Version) - RIL SMRT Love For The Ocean - Martin Hall
