Calisthenics is great training form for young and adults. Calisthenics Is based on self-weight training and is a great way to workout. My favorite exercise in Calisthenic is an upper-body exercises, pushups and pullups. Pushups are great for building muscle in your chest, shoulders and triceps and improving your core stability. Pullups is a exercise for your back, biceps and grip, and it is a great fun exercise and it is also important. I want to show girls have hard thy can push themselves 'girl power'. She saw a video of Ronnie Coleman lifting weights and was inspired by the brute force of the Mr. Olympia legend. Becoming fascinated by Ronnie’s strength and charisma – she knew that she wanted to increase her lifts. It was at this point, when Cass began training with heavier weights to achieve her new goal. A couple of months later, Cass’ fascination for bodybuilding had peaked – she’d fallen in love with working out. She began following the journey of fitness athletes on social media in her spare time – Cass was motivated by the intense training sessions of other fitness models, and how they managed to retain their femininity during their workouts. Hi I'm Katie Davies — a jack of all sports. I’ve competed nationally as an athlete for many years as a professional gymnast, ironman triathlete and sprint swimmer. I hold a black belt in kick boxing and I recently qualified for the national power lifting championships after coming 2nd in my weight category in the regionals. I also run marathons, team obstacle challenges, and Ironman triathlons. I am constantly seeking new challenges to keep things fresh. I love learning a new sport from scratch, getting good at it, and then competing and winning medals before moving onto the next. I eat, sleep and breathe training. It’s my meditation. It grounds and focuses me. My days are spent training clients, training myself, writing articles, creating programs and expanding my platform, always educating clients and promoting a healthy lifestyle via my social media along the way. I currently train clients in Tulum, Mexico at the Tulum Jungle Gym and run a number of classes there for both men and women, including my own signature Booty Boot Camp class every Thursday morning at 9.30am I enjoy meeting new people, traveling around the world training, working with clients one-on-one, in groups and at fitness retreats locally and around the world! I love working out and working with clients to make their sessions fun and unique so that they can enjoy training as much as I do. My life is all about training and motivating others to do the same. I love challenging both myself and my clients to be the best that they can be, to push themselves and to really see what they are capable of both mentally and physically. I also provide online training programs for clients that are not able to train with me face to face at the gym. Each program is custom designed to enable you to reach your body and health goals. Programs are tailored to suit your needs, time availability, equipment access and nutritional requirements. My programs and training sessions get results if you put the hard work in. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weightlifting. CrossFit, Inc. describes its strength and conditioning program as "constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains," with the stated goal of improving fitness, which it defines as "work capacity across broad time and modal domains." Hour-long classes at affiliated gyms, or "boxes", typically include a warm-up, a skill development segment, the high-intensity "workout of the day" (or WOD), and a period of individual or group stretching. Some gyms also often have a strength focused movement prior to the WOD. Performance on each WOD is often scored and/or ranked to encourage competition and to track individual progress. Some affiliates offer additional classes, such as Olympic weightlifting, which are not centered around a WOD. CrossFit gyms use equipment from multiple disciplines, including barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, resistance bands, rowing machines, and various mats. CrossFit is focused on "constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement," drawing on categories and exercises such as these: calisthenics, Olympic-style weightlifting, powerlifting, Strongman-type events, plyometrics, body weight exercises, indoor rowing, aerobic exercise, running, and swimming. CrossFit programming is decentralized but its general methodology is used by thousands of private affiliated gyms, fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and military organizations including the Royal Danish Life Guards, as well as by some U.S. and Canadian high school physical education teachers, high school and college sports teams, and the Miami Marlins. "CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program, but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains," says founder Greg Glassman in the Foundations document. Those domains are: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit is a branded fitness regimen created by Greg Glassman and is a registered trademark of CrossFit, Inc. which was founded by Greg Glassman and Lauren Jenai in 2000. Promoted as both a physical exercise philosophy and also as a competitive fitness sport, CrossFit workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. It is practiced by members of over 13,000 affiliated gyms, roughly half of which are located in the United States, and by individuals who complete daily workouts (otherwise known as "WODs" or "workouts of the day"). CrossFit has come into some controversy for allegedly causing people to suffer from unnecessary injuries and exertional rhabdomyolysis, a condition in which muscle tissues die. Through hard work, determination, and the help of her fitness-obsessed boyfriend, Cass made serious progress to her figure. After venturing into the world of bodybuilding, it wasn’t long until Cass had become aware of the legends of the sport. She saw a video of Ronnie Coleman lifting weights and was inspired by the brute force of the Mr. Olympia legend. Becoming fascinated by Ronnie’s strength and charisma – she knew that she wanted to increase her lifts. It was at this point, when Cass began training with heavier weights to achieve her new goal. A couple of months later, Cass’ fascination for bodybuilding had peaked – she’d fallen in love with working out. She began following the journey of fitness athletes on social media in her spare time – Cass was motivated by the intense training sessions of other fitness models, and how they managed to retain their femininity during their workouts. She began to idolize female athletes such as Dana Linn Bailey – respecting how Dana presented herself, not needing to expose herself sexually, but purely through her training in the gym and work ethic.

Fitness is defined as the quality or state of being fit. Modern definition of fitness describe either a person or machine's ability to perform a specific function or a holistic definition of human adaptability to cope with various situations. This has led to an interrelation of human fitness and attractiveness which has mobilized global fitness and fitness equipment industries. Regarding specific function, fitness is attributed to person who possess significant aerobic or anaerobic ability, i.e. strength or endurance. A holistic definition of fitness is described by Greg Glassman in the CrossFit journal as an increased work capacity across broad times and modal domains; mastery of several attributes of fitness including strength, endurance, power, speed, balance and coordination and being able to improve the amount of work done in a given time with any of these domains. A well rounded fitness program will improve a person in all aspects of fitness, rather than one, such as only cardio/respiratory endurance or only weight training.
