Haggenegg, Mythenregion Schwyz SWITZERLAND アルプス山脈
The Haggenegg is a high pass (1414m above sea level), located near Schwyz in Central Switzerland. The transition played a significant role between the Abbot of Einsiedeln and the compatriots of Schwyz. The alpine pass was the highest point of the pilgrimage on Swiss territory, en route from the place of pilgrimage and monastery of Einsiedeln for Lake Lucerne or to Flüeli-Ranft. Even today, one of the trail to the popular easy walking routes on the tracks of the pilgrims. North rises Nätschboden and Hochstuckli, the south Haggenspitz and the mount Mythen. At the summit a simple chapel reopened in 2010 as well as the Berggasthaus Haggenegg. From there you have an excellent view of the western Lake Lucerne and Lake Lauerz. The pass is reached from Schwyz by a paved road. A closed road continues to Alpthal. All pictures, sounds, music by: © shiso2012 思想会社 Shiso Productions

SWITZERLAND: Villages near Zermatt [HD]
Visiting the beautiful swiss villages Täsch and Randa. The village of Täsch is 1,449 metres above sea level and is home to around 998 people. It is situated 6 km from the world-famous tourist region of Zermatt and its majestic landmark - the Matterhorn. Täsch is located in the Mattertal valley, which contains almost all the highest peaks in the Alps such as Dufourspitze, Dom and Weisshorn. The 4,490 metres high Täschhorn lies directly above the village. Car drivers can park their cars at Täsch and continue by train to Zermatt, which is a car-free town. Randa (1,406 metres above sea level) is the third-highest municipality in the Mattertal valley and is situated between Visp and Zermatt, which is about 9 km away. The extended Baroque church in Randa, built in 1717, is a real gem. The village of Randa has often been struck by natural disasters over the course of the centuries. In the early morning of 18 April 1991, huge boulders plunged into the valley. Three weeks later on 9 May, huge rocks plummeted into the hamlet of Lerch, the road linking Zermatt and the Brig-Zermatt Railway. Randa and Täsch are municipalities in the district of Visp in the canton of Valais. Second week of september, 2009 Filmed with the Vado HD pocket camara.

Most beautiful Place in Switzerland | Best Place to Visit in Bern | Blausee
PASCALERB.COM - Blog Post about the Lake: http://pascalerb.com/blausee/ If you like the video feel free to subscribe, like and comment. Last Saturday the 14th of November my girlfriend and I went on a trip to explore the nature of Bern. Arrived in Bern, the capital city of Switzerland, we decided to take the train to Kandersteg. When you get off the train a big mountain chain appears in front of you. It’s allready a mind blowing view but that was not all. We took the bus to the Blausee station. The Blausee (German for Blue Lake) is an adventure for all senses. Here you will enjoy the interaction of silence and relaxation in a mystical landscape together. Despite it’s small size of 6’400 m² it’s one of the best-known mountain lakes in Switzerland. It’s a popular excursion destination in the “Berner Oberland”. The lake is located in the small village called Kandergrund. Elevation above sea level is 887 m. “There it was, right in front of their eyes. Transparent and crystal clear, like a rare jewel: the Blausee. Fluela Pass, Switzerland – Ferrari California
The Fluela Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2,383 m (7,818 ft) above the sea level, located in the Swiss Alps in the canton of Graubünden. The pass road connects the cities of Davos and Susch in the lower Engadin valley. This is an excellent pass along an extremely quiet valley, with a limited number of villages which allows you to get into a great driving rhythm.  This video starts from the north end at Davos, the initial rise up is through an alpine forest, with a nice collection of wide sweeping bends running into one another. As you rise further up the pass, and burst through the forest and above the tree line (approximately 1800M) the pass starts to tighten, however you can keep the rhythm going all the way to the top. Coming back down is a little steeper, and there are a few more twisty sections as you come out of the main valley and back into the wooded area. The pass has an immaculate road surface.

Enormous Avalanche Valley of Grindelwald in Switzerland
Swiss Alps in recent hours has happened a rare and frightening: a piece of the glacier of the Wetterhorn, at almost 3,700 meters above sea level, was split probably because of great heat and caused an enormous avalanche valley of Grindelwald in Switzerland, near the border with Piedmont. The images were gathered by two hikers Swiss, Hans Buhler and his wife Marianne, who told that he "heard a roar: we thought in a plane, then we saw the white mass that swooped down. We shoot, then we taken cover "

Arosa Switzerland - Swiss Alps The tradition-rich Grisons holiday resort of Arosa is located at the end of the romantic Schanfigg Valley at an altitude of about 1800 metres above sea level. With its impressive range of mountain peaks all around, Arosa Lenzerheide is just as attractive for extended hiking tours in summer as it is in winter, offering a great variety of snow sport activities. Because of its location at the bottom of a wide valley, Arosa is very sunny and to a great extent sheltered from strong winds. As there is no transit traffic, the air is particularly pure which is why Arosa has been a famous Alpine health resort since 1877. Arosa is accessible by Rhaetian Railways from Chur or by car across over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, past the smaller holiday resort of Langwies. The Arosa All-inclusive Card, which is free for any overnight stay (apartment, hotel or camp site), entitles Arosa guests to a wide variety of free offers! This card includes the usage of the aerial tramways to Hörnli and Weisshorn, access to the rope park, entrance to the local history museum, pedalo rentals and much more. The holiday region of Arosa is just as varied in summer as it is in winter. The cable car connecting the Arosa Hörnli with the Lenzerheide Urdenfürggli is a comfortable possibility for guests to switch back and forth between the two resorts. Arosa alone boasts more than 200 km of different hiking and walking trails. A hiking tour to be especially recommended is the 10 lakes hike, a tour of 15 km leading from one crystal-clear mountain lake to the next. Then there’s the Schanfigg circuit from Chur to Arosa and back with its many traditional cozy mountain cabins, nicely cultivated stretches of land and alpine pastures. For mountainbike enthusiasts, a multitude of trails are available in Arosa as well as in Lenzerheide, where there is the additional possibility to use the bike park and the skill center as well as a bike school. Many biking events are organized for visitors to watch or participate in. https://www.myswitzerland.com/en-ch/arosa.html https://www.hotel-altein.ch/

Ifrane, The Morocco's Switzerland
Ifrane, however, is unlike any other town in Morocco. Located at an altitude of 5,460 feet above sea level in the Middle Atlas region, this small hill town has a Swiss alpine feel to it. With neat red-roofed houses, blooming flower beds, lake-studded parks and snowbound winters, this remarkable European styled town is often referred to as “Morocco’s Switzerland.” The lush greenery, cedar forests, and pastureland that comes to life in spring and winter is a sharp contrast to the hot and dry climate that surrounds it. Because of its accessibility, Ifrane serves as the winter playground for the wealthy Berbers from drier cites like Fez, Meknes, and Marrakech, who flock here to experience European winter. Ifrane was built by the French in the 1930s, during the protectorate era for their administration. What attracted the French, and now affluent Moroccans, is the cool climate during summer. As Fes and Meknes swelter in heat, Ifrane is pleasant and refreshing. In winter, temperatures frequently drops below freezing and the surrounding mountainside is blanketed in snow. Indeed, the lowest temperature ever recorded in Africa was in Ifrane at -24 °C. Music By Bensound - Memories - https://youtu.be/52eCM2-zS9o http://www.bensound.com/royalty-free-... Morning fog on Lake Brienz, Switzerland
Lake Brienz (Brienzersee) is the eastern lake at the side of Interlaken at 564 metres above sea level. It is named after the village of Brienz which is found at its eastern end. It has a length of about 14 kilometres, and at its widest it has a width of 2.8 kilometres. Its maximum depth is 260 metres making it a significant body of water over its 29.8 square kilometres (11.5 sq mi), and the surface is 564 metres (1,850 ft) above the sea-level. It is fed by the upper reaches of the Aare at its eastern end and by the Lütschine, flowing from the valleys of Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen, at its south-western corner. It flows out into a further stretch of the Aare at its western end which in turn feeds into Lake Thun. One can travel around it by vehicle, indeed the A8 motorway passes its southern shore (although it is not really a motorway - more of a toll road). However avoiding the motorway one can travel along the banks. The village of Iseltwald lies on the south shore although the best views are afforded by taking the northern shore which gives views of the mountains of the Bernese Oberland. Taking this route, one passes the villages of Ringgenberg, Niederried and Oberried The Brünig railway line also follows the northern shore of the lake. Owing to a lack of nutritients in the lake, fish stocks are low. Nonetheless you can see small boats on the lake in the early morning in the accompanying photographs. There have been passenger ships on the lake since 1839, and currently there are five passenger ships on the lake. The ships are operated by BLS AG, the local railway company, and link Interlaken Ost railway station, which they access using a 1.3-kilometre long navigable stretch of the Aare, with Brienz and other lakeside settlements. The ships also connect to the Giessbachbahn funicular, which climbs up to the Giessbach Falls.

Rigi Switzerland - Queen of the Mountains | 90+ Countries With 3 Kids
Join us at the top of Mt. Rigi in Switzerland! Get ready to see the most amazing views from the top of the world!!! The Rigi Mountain, also known as Queen of the Mountains, offers jaw dropping panoramas of two cantons. This alpine elevation is located in Central Switzerland and it’s surrounded with three lakes – Lakes Lucerne, Zug and Lauerz. The peak, Rigi Kulm, is located at 1,798 meters above sea level and offers amazing views of 13 lakes, nine towns, many mountain summits of the Swiss Alps and even as far as Germany and France on clear days. You can also see plenty of paragliders. It really is no wonder so many tourists have been coming to Rigi over the past 200 years. Clear alpine air, wide open spaces and walking trails definitely sound appealing. If you ever decide to visit we recommend using the cogwheel train instead of car rentals since parking spots are limited. In fact, Rigi Railways, founded in 1871 is Europe’s oldest mountain railways and also is one of the most reliable. At the summit there is a restaurant and cafeteria, hiking trails, communications tower and various look out points where visitors can admire the view. There is also a symbolic stone in commemoration of a tie up with a mountain in China. We went there during the summer and it was really stunning. However, it’s beautiful all year long, even in winter when it becomes a ski destination. ►PURCHASE Mt. SoundTrack: Kellee Maize - "In Tune" The Titlis Cliff Walk in Switzerland hangs 3,000 meters above sea level, offers mountainous views and sweaty palms Europe's highest suspension bridge has opened to the public at Engelberg, Switzerland's popular ski destination. Hanging approximately 3,000 meters above sea level, the bridge offers views that extend as far as 500 meters down "into the abyss of the south wall" on days with good visibility. The Cliff Walk has usurped Salbit Bridge, also located in Switzerland, as Europe's highest suspension bridge. The route to the new bridge is a superlative journey in itself, passing through a 140-meter underground tunnel.

4 Best Places in Zurich, Switzerland Subscribe to our channel for more https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCO_CScjmo9mAaFOjerb3IHw Zurich is situated at 408 m (1,339 ft) above sea level on the lower (northern) end ofLake Zurich about 30 kilometers (19 mi) north of the Alps, nestling between the wooded hills on the west and east side. The Old Town stretches on both sides of theLimmat, which flows from the lake, running northwards at first and then gradually turning into a curve to the west. The geographic (and historic) centre of the city is theLindenhof, a small natural hill on the west bank of the Limmat, about 700 m (2,300 ft) north of where the river issues from Lake Zurich. Today the incorporated city stretches somewhat beyond the natural confines of the hills and includes some districts to the northeast in the Glatt Valley and to the north in theLimmat Valley . The boundaries of the older city are easy to recognize by the Schanzengraben canal. This artificial watercourse has been used for the construction of the third fortress in the 17th and 18th centuries. Places in Zurich are very that's why it is famous for visiting. Zurich is the largest city in Switzerland and the capital of the canton of Zurich. It is located in north-central Switzerland at the northwestern tip of Lake Zurich. The municipality has approximately 400,028 inhabitants, the urban agglomeration 1.315 million and the Zurich metropolitan area 1.83 million. Zurich is a hub for railways, roads, and air traffic. Both Zurich Airport and railway station are the largest and busiest in the country. Permanently settled for around 2000 years, Zurich has a history that goes back to its founding by the Romans, who, in 15 BC, called it Turicum. However, early settlements have been found dating back more than 6400 years ago. During the Middle Ages Zurich gained the independent and privileged status of imperial immediacy and, in 1519, became a primary centre of the Protestant Reformation in Europe under the leadership of Ulrich Zwingli. The official language of Zurich is (the Swiss variety of Standard) German, but the main spoken language is the local variant of the Alemannic Swiss German dialect. Zurich is a leading global city and among the world's largest financial centers despite a relatively low population. The city is home to a large number of financial institutions and banking giants. Most of Switzerland's research and development centers are concentrated in Zurich and the low tax rates attract overseas companies to set up their headquarters there.
