http://www.MrDestructo.com/2010/03/welcome-another-influx-of-new- http://GroundUpFilms.com/ This is what "Two and a Half Men" sounds like once you cut out all the fake laughs for non-jokes. Dead air is weird to hear while people mug at each other, so we added the sort of music that people as obese as the kid and that obnoxious load of a woman tend to walk around to, at festivals.

LIVE TV RESTORATION: Twelve Angry Men - Studio One (Original 1954 Broadcast)

59:26
Before it was on the stage or a 1957 movie, "Twelve Angry Men" was a live teleplay on CBS Studio One. The film kinescope copy, thought to be lost until found a few years ago, is cleaned and restored to the original frame rate of live television, so you may see what it looked like when originally broadcast live. This project was one of the more difficult of projects, due to the dirty film and poor sound quality on the soundtrack. Commercials are inserted from a show of the same season, as the originals are not on the film. This production was obviously one of "close quarters." See if you can notice various cameras moving in and out of the edge of the picture from time to time. For Best results watch in 60p by selecting it from the YouTube video settings.

"3 Sets of 12" is KILLING Your Gains!!

08:25
Build a ripped, athletic body - http://athleanx.com/x/be-jacked Subscribe to this channel here - http://bit.ly/2b0coMW Performing 3 sets of 12 reps for the exercises your workout is likely killing your gains. Now, don’t get me wrong…I actually like the 10-12 rep range when it comes to building muscle and when the goal is muscle hypertrophy. The problem is, the focus is misdirected as it often times gets put on the number of reps and not the quality of the reps or the time it takes you to perform them. Let me explain. The genesis of the whole 10-12 rep recommendation for muscle growth actually came from the time under tension that that number of reps would equate to if you performed them with the right tempo. If you did an explosive one second up on the concentric portion of the lift and a slow eccentric lowering of 3 seconds on the way down (another way to increase the tension on the working muscle) then you would be at 4 seconds per rep which would equate to 40-48 seconds of tension in that set. Research shows that crossing the threshold of 45 seconds is important, and when paired with a high intensity effort which brings you to failure beyond this point can lead to more impressive muscle gains. What winds up happening however is that we don’t perform our reps at this speed and we end up performing them much faster. As you can see in this set of dumbbell incline bench press performed by Jesse, he finishes the set in just 26 seconds. But that is lost on most people that lift weights and train and instead they focus on the number of reps and doing anything they can to reach that goal number to determine whether or not their set was a success or conducive to new growth. Big mistake. If you were performing a set and noticed after completing three perfectly performed reps that there was no way you were going to be able to maintain that form for the entire set of 12 reps so you shortened your range of motion, that would be a critical mistake. What you wind up with is sub maximal reps at every point in along the way to twelve as explained in the video. Instead, you would want to accept the fact that you were not going to be able to make it and just do as many reps as you could until reaching failure. Each one would be performed as hard and with as most effort as you could generate. If the number wound up falling drastically short of the twelve that you set out to do you could always drop the weight on the subsequent sets to get you back into that range. If you picked a weight that happened to be too light and didn’t take you close to failure, you would want to continue to rep out no matter how many reps it took to eventually get you to failure and then adjust the weights up on a subsequent set. Alternatively you could stop the set at 12 reps if you knew you were far too light on the weights and consider it a warmup set and then adjust the weights up and start again. Either way, the point is not to focus on the number of the reps since after all, your muscles can’t count they can only feel tension. If you are skirting tension in an effort to reach a magic number I can guarantee you are shortchanging the amount of muscle that you can ultimately build in your workouts. Focus always on finding ways to direct more tension to the muscles that you are trying to grow instead of avoiding it and you will be much happier with your overall results. If you are looking for a complete workout and nutrition program that never takes the easy way out but delivers much more powerful results than those that do, head to http://athleanx.com and get your ATHLEAN-X Training System. Days of our Steelers - Episode Twelve: The Rivers of Woe

08:03
Just kill me. Take this hammer and strike me in the head as hard as you can. It will be more enjoyable than watching the second half of this game. Just when you think they're going to play up to their abilities, they slash your tires with a chokejob for the ages. Look at the aftermath over the past couple of days: A failure to come to grips with this loss. A feeling that the NFL has a conspiracy against the Steelers. Enough salt in this city to keep our streets clear all winter. You'd think they'd lost to New England again, but surprisingly no. It was the Chargers that brought this dagger. Relive the pain (or the glory, if you are roughly 28 other franchises) with this video. God help us all.

My name’s ‘Blurryface’ and I care what you think Wish we could turn back time, to the good ol’ days, When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out. Sometimes a certain smell will take me back to when I was young, How come I’m never able to identify where it’s coming from, I’d make a candle out of it if I ever found it, Try to sell it, never sell out of it, I’d probably only sell one, It’d be to my brother, ‘cause we have the same nose, Same clothes homegrown a stone’s throw from a creek we used to roam, But it would remind us of when nothing really mattered, Out of student loans and treehouse homes we all would take the latter. My name’s ‘Blurryface’ and I care what you think Wish we could turn back time, to the good ol’ days, When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out. We used to play pretend, give each other different names, We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away, Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face, Saying, “wake up, you need to make money." Wish we could turn back time, to the good ol’ days, When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out.

Larry Norman - Twelve Good Men - [Live + Lyrics]

03:19
My Site: http://larrynormanlyrics.com ------------------------------------------------------ Larry Norman - Twelve Good Men ~ Track 6 From the Album "Live At Flevo" ~ (Solid Rock Records) ~ 1990 ------------------------------------------------------ To continue the Larry Norman revival an excellent live offering. In fact, you could quite easily be fooled into thinking it was a compilation of old recordings, the sort he churned out on indie labels during the eighties, only this time property produced. This is an album in a time-warp, yes, but in all the best senses of the word, and Q-Stone. (whose own album was produced by Larry) are just the band to back him up in this. They play the blues with guts. This is certainly a bluesy album. No new cuts, but lots of old favorites, some half forgotten, some almost legendary. Best of all it includes a welcome resurrection of the "Careful What You Sign" track from 'So Long Ago In The Garden'. Of course, it all does rather depend on whether you like the raw sound of 'Live' recordings, not to mention the snippets of Larry's banter that punctuate the songs. And it also rather depends whether you remember anything musical that predates U2! Still, for my money this is a thumping good album - thumping being the operative word. Should annoy the neighbors at full volume. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Larry Norman's Official Site: http://www.larrynorman.com/ -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Scott R. - AA Speaker - "Twelve Step Recovery: It Works If You Work It!" (Part 1)

02:32:21
AMAZING workshop from one of my favorite AA Speakers, Scott R. from California. He tells tons of great stories and there is so much wisdom and experience in this set of tapes! This is a MUST LISTEN that is sure to have you laughing, crying, and having a great time. Get ready to have an awesome experience and an enjoyable time while listening! :) Link to Part 2: http://youtu.be/zBMG0GSRT9U From the book Alcoholics Anonymous: "In spite of the great increase in the size and span of this Fellowship, at its core it remains simple and personal. Each day, somewhere in the world, recovery begins when one alcoholic talks with another alcoholic, sharing experience, strength, and hope." What is the Twelve Step Model? How is it a "treatment for alcoholism" or "alcohol abuse?" From Wikipedia: "A twelve-step program is a set of guiding principles (accepted by members as 'spiritual principles,' based on the approved literature) outlining a course of action for recovery from addiction, compulsion, or other behavioral problems. Originally proposed by Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) as a method of recovery from alcoholism, the Twelve Steps were first published in the book Alcoholics Anonymous: The Story of How More Than One Hundred Men Have Recovered from Alcoholism in 1939. The method was then adapted and became the foundation of other twelve-step programs. Twelve-step methods have been adopted to address a wide range of substance-abuse and dependency problems." You can find out more at: http://www.aa.org - Alcoholics Anonymous Official Site (And as should be blatantly obvious, we are in no way affiliated with them or any other 12 step program. We are just looking to provide hope to those suffering from alcoholism or addiction.) "Addiction treatment" WORKS! There is addiction help out there and "addiction recovery" is possible. If you are battling "alcohol addiction" there are people who know EXACTLY what it is like! It is important to note there are several ways for one to address his or her "alcohol abuse treatment." "Substance abuse" is a very serious condition. Many need inpatient stays or counseling. The importance and purpose of this video, and all our other videos, is to show that recovery IS possible and to give hope to those who are struggling with substance abuse issues. Help IS out there! :) From the Big Book of AA: "Most of us feel we need look no further for Utopia. We have it with us right here and now. Each day my friend's simple talk in our kitchen multiplies itself in a widening circle of peace on earth and good will to men." AGE 12 TO MARRIED – I Took A Photo Every Day

02:39
I took a photo every day from age 12 until I got married. ⚠ TURN ON SUBTITLES / CLOSED CAPTIONS ⚠ Try watching at different speeds (0.5x, 1.5x or 2x!) 🌟 FAQ: Q) How is your face always in the centre? A) I stabilized each photo manually, frame by frame (notice how the borders are always moving?). It took me around 50+ hours in total for this video. I posted a video explaining the process in detail here: https://youtu.be/FGXGHYonfGM?t=2m16s Q) Why don't you smile? A) Mainly for consistency. From the beginning, I planned to have the same expression in every photo, and it's easier to keep a straight face than it is to smile in the same way each time. Secondly, I wanted to capture the physical changes in my face, while avoiding the emotional changes in my life. Q) Why did you start? What gave you the idea? A) In 2008, I watched Noah Kalina's project here on YouTube, and I decided to start my own that focuses on myself aging, since I was still young at the time. I was also motivated by wanting to document my life, and to be able to show this to my family in the future. Q) Do you plan to keep going forever? Will you ever stop? A) I have no intention of stopping. The plan is to continue this project forever. Q) Where are you from? A) I was born in London, England, but have spent most of my life in Canada. I'm currently living in Fredericton, Canada. Q) How old were you when you were married? A) I was 21, but turned 22 less than a month later. Q) How did you graduate High School at 16 / start college at 17? A) I'm not some kind of genius, I just went to high school in Montreal, where it ends in Grade 11 (one year earlier than the rest of Canada and the USA). I was also born right before the cutoff, so I was younger than everybody else. As for college, in Quebec, there's something called CeGep, which is basically a middle ground between High School and University. We refer to it as College. So unfortunately, I wasn't a child prodigy as many comments seemed to think, lol. 🌟 SOCIAL MEDIA / CONTACT: » EMAIL — [email protected] » INSTAGRAM — https://instagram.com/hugo_cornellier @hugo_cornellier » My wife Juliana's Channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpAUQZ9yd5Wv7Qch2jqDByQ 🌟MUSIC: Summertime by Erik Lund @erik-lund-18 Music provided by Free Music for Vlogs youtu.be/ll4nzRteZQQ 🌟 SIDE NOTE: In case you missed it above, TURN ON SUBTITLES in the YouTube player for bonus info about my life. Park Center Beats Maple Grove in State Boys Basketball

01:59
The Park Center boys basketball team overpowered Maple Grove 77-56 in the state class AAAA quarterfinals. The Pirates took control early, dominating the first half on the way to a 33-16 halftime lead. Park Center shot 64% from the field in the first half, and then hit 70% of their shots in the second half. After Park Center’s lead grew to twenty points, Maple Grove did battle back to within twelve. That’s as close as they got though as the top-seeded Pirates cruised into the semifinals. Khari Broadway scored 19 points for PC, with Dain Dainja and Tommy Chatman adding 16 each. Nate Adams had 18 to lead Maple Grove. The Pirates meet Lakeville North in the semifinals Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at Target Center. Maple Grove plays Eden Prairie in the consolation bracket Thursday morning at 10:00 at Concordia University. TIMBERLANDS VS DOC MARTENS: The Most Iconic Boot Battle Ever

15:04
FULL REVIEW + PICTURES: https://stridewise.com/timberlands-vs-doc-martens SEE MY PICKS FOR THE 5 BEST BOOTS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Y7_Bu7XGB0 I’ve compared boots before, but this is different. Timberlands and Doc Martens aren’t just big in the world of boots - these two brands make plain, round toe boots that anyone on the street recognizes. It makes sense that a lot of people have asked me to compare them - so I did. *FIRST GLANCE* Timberland This is the wheat nubuck Timberland 6’’ waterproof boot, the most popular color. The nubuck (a kind of textured leather) is treated to be waterproof. Six inches tall and pretty bulky - they’re not dressy and don’t look great with skinny jeans. Still pretty versatile. Other signature features include a grippy rubber lug sole, iconic Taslan nylon laces, and the leather collar for added insulation - in addition to the Primaloft insulation. WATCH THE FULL TIMBERLAND BOOT REVIEW: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAB4ICLXh7Y Doc Martens These are Doc Martens’ standard issue 1460, made in Asia. It’s a pretty uncomplicated boot: round toe, 7” tall, and mostly single stitched. The “full grain” has been fully corrected out, making for a shiny, plasticky, relatively thin leather. The toe is rather snubby and overall the profile is chunky. Slightly more streamlined than Timberlands and look better with slim pants, if that’s your thing. The sole is made from a soft, inorganic rubber and attached to the upper with the iconic bright yellow stitching. I think the sole is one of the best parts about this boot - it’s really squishy and comfy. The biggest difference between Timberlands and Docs at first glance is in the leather - thin, plasticky leather vs insulated nubuck. WATCH THE FULL DOC MARTENS REVIEW: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMv66Md6AVM *LEATHER* Timberland The buffed leather on these boots is called nubuck and these are treated to be incredibly waterproof. The color is quite bright and can be a nice break from plain brown or black. The downside is that they’re super hard to keep clean. Despite the waterproofing, they pick up little stains all the time. A pencil eraser, a stiff brush and maybe some Renewbuck, sold by Timberland, can help keep them clean. Doc Martens This semi-bright leather comes from either South America or Asia, and super, super smooth and with no trace of grain, which makes them look plasticky to me. They’re easier to keep clean than the Timberlands and just need an occasional polish. They’re not super waterproof but improve if you treat them with a product that has beeswax in it. I know that the aesthetic speaks to a lot of people but I gotta say, to me, it’s pretty cheap-looking leather. *SOLE* Timberland Gripstick lug rubber outsole, made from 10% recycled materials, rubber midsole, urethane insole, and a removable foam insert to top it all off. No leather or cork here, but a steel shank provides a nice bit of arch support. Excellent shock absorption and comfy out of the box. The sole is cemented to the upper with a bonwelt, not totally unlike sneakers. It’s not bad quality - waterproof, with sealed seams - but once you go through the sole, that’s probably the end of this boot. Doc Martens The sole is my favorite part of these Docs. Super soft with excellent shock absorption. There’s a rubber outsole, cork material and then a urethane insole, but there’s no shank, less stability and arch support than Timberland. The pronounced yellow stitching isn’t a normal Goodyear welt - it’s actually made with an unusual heat sewing technique that makes them hard to resole. *FIT & COMFORT* Timberland I’m usually an 11.5 and went down to an 11, which fits fine - it’s a pretty roomy boot. Great arch support and shock absorption. Doc Martens I got the 11s because they don’t come in half sizes. They fit OK — I would have preferred a 10.5 but definitely couldn't get a 10. Generally the fit was blobby and generic. Super comfy sole and excellent shock absorption, but doesn’t contour to the foot and the arch support is meh. *PRICE* The price on both of these boots varies a ton since they’re so popular but both are relatively inexpensive, for boots. Timberland Generally between $160 and $180. Doc Martens Between $120 and $145. *PROS/CONS* Timberland PROS *Waterproof and insulated *Better arch support *Better grip *More masculine *Generally I consider them tougher boots CONS *Slightly pricier *Super hard to keep clean *Doesn’t patina well; looks best when new-looking *Lining not super durable *Too bulky to wear with slim or skinny jeans Doc Martens PROS *Leather is easier to manage *Very cheap *Super soft sole *Slightly better shock absorption CONS *Unlined *Not waterproof *Shapeless *No shank *Thin, plasticky leather *Not versatile

12 Mysterious Creatures

07:27
12 Strange animals or creatures caught on camera you won't believe the mysterious things that people actually got photos of! Subscribe to Talltanic http://goo.gl/wgfvrr 7. Unknown Creature In April of 2015, this strange looking animal was discovered and captured by the Department of Drainage in China’s Shenzhen Reservoir. The footage was uploaded to YouTube and in it you can clearly see that this creature is in distress, trying to chew its way to freedom. Locals claim that this could be a mythical “water monster” while others speculate more rational thoughts such as the possibility of it being a Malaysian bear that is afflicted with alopecia. Alopecia is an incurable condition that causes one’s hair to fall out. Others suggest it looks this way because of pollution in the reservoir, though, no word on the creature’s identity. 6. Indonesian Bigfoot? Back in October of this year, footage shot in the southeast Asian country of Indonesia shows what appears to be a large figure walk behind the waterfall in the background and disappearing. Like with all these mysterious creature sightings, the quality of the footage was very distorted and unclear but the figure can still be made out. Some conspiracy theorists are calling this thing the real deal and possibly bigfoot, which has only been “spotted” here in the US. Others are highly doubtful of this being anything but fake. Still, no one is quite sure what this thing could be. Definitely, not a bear, as with most bigfoot sightings are usually because large bears don’t live in Indonesia. 5. Strange Desert Creature Footage of what appears to be a bizarre looking creature making its way through the Portuguese desert was uploaded to the internet back in July of this year and managed to gain an impressive number of views, 200,000 of them to be precise. In the video, you can see a bipedal creature walking on its two long legs and then disappearing behind a bush. The video then zooms out to show some nearby cars and human activity. Many of the locals claim that this video is nothing more than just fake due to the poor quality and that someone must have a little too much time on their hands. Others guess it might be the chupacabra. What do you all think? 4. Another Bigfoot? It was sometime in 2015 when this video was filmed and it wasn’t until this year that the video was posted online under the Youtube channel named Bigfoot Encounters. Since it was posted more than a few months ago, it’s managed to attract over 700,000 views. The footage was shot by a man who put a GoPro on his dog’s back and let him wander in the forest. The clip is only around 13 seconds long and you can see a dark figure move past the screen as the dog turns its head. Based on the dog’s reaction, which there isn’t one, it’s safe to say that this “bigfoot” is probably just the dog’s owner walking ahead. 3. Tasmanian Tiger? The Tasmanian tiger was an animal that once lived on the Australian mainland before becoming extinct there and all together sometime in the 20th century, 1936 was the year they were officially declared extinct. Ever since then, many people have believed that they’ve managed to capture a member of the long-dead species. The video that this image is from was captured by the Victorian Wildlife Research/Rescue. The long slender tail suggests it could potentially a Tasmanian tiger says experts but a researcher named Catherine Kemper from the South Australian Museum said this is extremely unlikely. Guess we'll just have to wait for more advancements in animal cloning. 2. Floating Light This still image was taken from a video surveillance camera of a gas station in Peru that captured the following event that took place back in early September. In the two and a half minute video, you can see two men conversing with each other, while in the background there happens to be a strange orb of light that’s oddly shaped just floating towards the right further and further. One of them men notice it and eventually they try to go and get closer to it. As they do so, the video then ends. Some speculate this could be an alien, while others think it’s nothing more than a light fooling the two men. 1. Alien On Mars? Do you all remember when that 6-inch skeleton found in the Atacama Desert in Chile sparked all those insane rumors that alien life forms had crashed landed here on earth? Well, apparently “alien investigators,” think that they found something that could be related to that incident. Earlier this year, these self-proclaimed alien sleuths, one of them going by the Youtube username Paranormal Crucible pointed out what appears to be an alien-looking creature peeking out from behind a rock in this image taken by NASA’s curiosity rover. However, NASA just claims its nothing more than an illusion but could that be to hide some decades-long government secret? Who knows?

[TV Review] Two and a Half Men S09E12 (CC: English)

03:17
I hadn't reviewed this series in a while, but after watching the latest episode of Two and a Half Men, i felt that a few things were worth mentioning, so here i am. The main thing i liked about this episode is that it was, to me at least, the first one in feeling different and maybe indicating the direction this series is going to take when compared to what Two and Half Men has been for the last 8 seasons. We see Walden trying to develop a serious relationship with his current crush, Zoey, and also get to meet both her parents (very colorful characters), Walden's mother and, probably the main surprise of the show, Walden's "brother", Magilla, a 400-pound gorilla that lives in an animal sanctuary, and this last bit is the one i think deserves more time talking about it. ********************************** Two and Half Men images property of CBS, and used under "Fair Use" of the Copyright law in section 107 of the copyright law: http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl102.html ********************************** Music by: Max Kroven
