For more club dance lessons on DVD and Digital Download, visit http://www.pickupdance.com/house1 In this lesson, I teach the introduction to a dynamic club dance move The Heel Step/Back Tap Jumpstyle.
Jumping is not something you'd do in a crowded, dressed-up club, but if you're in certain electronic music venues with more space such as raves, a house music club, outdoor parties, festivals, or a house party, you can break out certain jumping style of "jumpstyle" moves. In this lessons, I show two basic, fundamental jumpstyle moves.
They're based on classic house dance moves. In my House Dance For Clubs Level 1 program, I break down house dance moves into two categories: Club Dance Style or House Dance Style. Club Dance Style moves are dance moves appropriate for most clubs, and the classic House Dance Style, such as the jumpstyle moves, are more dynamic and suited for larger venues or just having fun.

You've asked how to dance to the hottest and most popular electronic club tracks today, and I'm pleased to deliver - by popular demand, I've created a special club dance program that takes house dance and club dance moves and targets it for electronic club music.
Electronic and electronic-mixes are the music styles of choice in most clubs around the world these days. You'll learn how to dance tighter to hard-hitting electro, euro, and progressive dubstep club tracks, dance dynamically to trance, techno, and rave, and learn to freestyle dance to all kinds of house music.
Multiple speed practices, REAL club music, warmups, body control, hand movements, bonus videos, and more are all part of the program, so I check it out today!
