Meaning of Product Identification in terms of Business Opportunity
Write the meaning of product identification in-terms of business opportunity? While going through the entrepreneurial process, the entrepreneur will spot an opportunity and scan the environment, This will generate idea. All the ideas, identified should be transformed into a definite product, which has good marketability. Then only the it would be termed as a business opportunity. Product identification requires obtaining a concept of the product or service, after analyzing the idea. After product identification, the entrepreneur should verify whether the product is already available in the market or not. If the product is not available in the market, they can introduce it into the market. If it already exists in the market, they should have a strong reason for releasing the same product or service into the market. Otherwise, they have to drop this idea, and start the process again to identify a new product. Thus we can say that the product identification plays a crucial role in-terms of a business opportunity. How to design a successful logo? How to build a famous brand for your business? Some of the most well-known logos in the world were purposefully designed to indicate something much more than simple beauty. In fact, it seems that in some cases, every line, curve, and color has meaning behind it. Adidas, Apple, BMW, Coca-Cola, Toyota… We see these famous brands everywhere but never consider what their logos exactly mean. Curious to know the secret? Watch the 16 famous logos with a hidden meaning you've never noticed. #logomeaning #logosecret # Hyundai 0:33 The letter ’Н’ symbolizes two people – a client and a representative of the company – shaking hands. Adidas 0:52 The current logo is three stripes at an angle which together form a triangle. This symbolizes a mountain, which in turn represents the challenges that all sportsmen have to overcome day after day. Apple 1:21 Rob Janoff, the designer who came up with the world-famous Apple company logo, explained his idea in one of his interviews. He bought a bag of apples, placed them in a bowl, and spent time drawing them for a week, trying to break the image down into something simple. Vaio 1:58 The first two letters of the Vaio logo symbolize an analogue wave. The last two are similar to the numbers 1 and 0 — that is, symbols of a digital signal. Amazon 2:14 The orange arrow is similar to a smile because the company wants its customers to be satisfied. The arrow is also stretched between the letters ’A’ and ’Z’, in a hint that the company sells absolutely every product you can imagine. Baskin Robbins 2:40 The pink-colored parts of the "BR" section make up the number 31, which is how many ice cream flavors Baskin Robbins used to famously sell. Toyota 2:56 The logo represents a stylized image of a needle eye with a thread passing through it. This is a hint at the company’s past – they used to produce weaving machines. Continental 3:28 Continental, a famous car tire producer, has a logo in which the first two letters depict a car wheel. Formula 1 3:41 If you look carefully at the white space between the letter ’F’ and the red stripes, you can see the number 1. Pinterest 3:59 On Pinterest, people collect images they like from across the Internet and ’pin’ them to their online boards. That’s why the image of a pin is hidden in the letter P. Beats 4:17 Beats, an audio equipment producer based in the USA, uses a logo in which the letter ’B’ looks like headphones on a person’s head. Toblerone 4:32 The famous chocolate company based in Bern, Switzerland, has a silhouette of a bear in its logo. That's because Bern is sometimes called a city of bears. BMW 4:55 The logo is simply a part of the Bavarian flag, the area of Germany where the company originated. LG 5:18 The logo is a stylized image of a person’s face. According to the company, this represents its aspiration to have human relations with their customers. Evernote 5:34 The corner of the elephant’s ear is folded over in a similar way how people fold the corner of a page to make notes. Coca-Cola 5:57 In the space between the letters ’O’ and ’L’, you can see the Danish flag. It’s purely a coincidence. Nevertheless, Coca-Cola has used this as part of its marketing campaigns in the Scandinavian country. If you’ve enjoyed this video, hit that thumbs up button! A simple guide to electronic components.
By request:- A basic guide to identifying components and their functions for those who are new to electronics. This is a work in progress, and I welcome feedback from you guys on whether I should break it down into more manageable chunks. I've kept the maths to a minimum, since it can be off-putting to someone just getting started in electronics. The idea of this video is to slot in some more of the jigsaw pieces involved in learning electronics, when you start to recognise components, but aren't quite sure what they are or what they do. It's tricky to squeeze even the basics into a single video, and I've just realised how long this one is (and why it took all night to upload). Types of Chemical Reactions
We'll learn about the five major types of chemical reactions: synthesis, decomposition, synthesis, single replacement (also called single displacement) and double replacement (also called double displacement). We'll look at examples of each, so that you can classify them, figuring out what type they are. In a synthesis reaction, a compound is made from more simple materials. In a decomposition reaction, a compound breaks down into simpler elements or compounds. In a combustion reaction, a compound (usually with carbon, hydrogen, and sometimes oxygen) combines with oxygen to give carbon dioxide and water. In a single replacement (displacement) reaction, one element that is on its own displaces another element in aqueous solution, kicking it out. In a double replacement (displacement) reaction, the positive and negative ions in two ionic compounds switch places, causing a precipitate to form.

What is RFID? How RFID works? RFID Explained in Detail
In this video, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Technolgy has been explained. So, in this video, what is RFID, what is inside this RFID system, how RFID works, and application of RFID have been explained. What is RFID? RFID is technology which works on radio frequency and it is used for the auto-identification for the different object. The RFID system mainly consists of two parts. 1) RFID Reader or Interrogator 2) RFID Tags In this RFID system, this RFID reader continuously sends radio waves of a particular frequency. If the object, on which this RFID tag is attached is within the range of this radio waves then it sends the feedback back to this RFID reader. And based on this feedback, RFID reader identifies the object. RFID tags: Now, three different kinds of RFID tags are commercially available. 1) Passive tags 2) Active tags 3) Semi-passive tags These passive tags do not have any power supply. They used to get their power from the incoming radio waves from the Readers. While active tags have a power source for their internal circuitries. And for sending the response to the reader also, it uses its own power supply. In the case of semi-passive tags, they have a power supply for internal circuitries, but for sending the response it relies on the radio waves received from the Reader. Operating Frequency: This RFID system is mainly operated in three frequency bands. 1) LF: Low-Frequency band 2) HF: High-Frequency band 3) UHF: Ultra High-Frequency band The exact frequency of operation varies from country to country. Operating Principles: Most of the RFID systems operate on any of this two principles. 1) Load Modulation 2) Backscattered Modulations Applications of RFID: 1. Institutions: Library, Hospitals, Schools, and Colleges 2. Transportation and Logistics 3. Access Control 4. Sports 5. Animal Tracking Timestamps for the different topics in the video is given below: 0:40 What is RFID? 1:56 What is inside this RFID chip? 4:42 Operating Frequencies for the RFID Systems 5:27 Working Principle of RFID Systems This video will be helpful to everyone in understanding the concept of RFID Technology. Oxidizing Agents and Reducing Agents
We'll learn about oxidizing agents and reducing agents, what they are, what they do, and how to identify them in chemical equations. Oxidizing agents make oxidation happen, and reducing agents make oxidation happen. And oxidizing agent takes electrons from something, allowing it to be oxidized, and a reducing agents gives electrons to something, allowing it to be reduced. You can remember this by noting that the thing that is reduced is the oxidizing agent, and the thing that is oxidized is the reducing agent. We'll then look at some equations and identify the oxidizing and reducing agents. To do this, we have to write oxidation numbers (or oxidation states) for the elements in the equation, and then figure out how electrons are moving, what is being oxidized and what is being reduced.

Introduction to Limiting Reactant and Excess Reactant
Limiting reactant is also called limiting reagent. The limiting reactant or limiting reagent is the first reactant to get used up in a chemical reaction. Once the limiting reactant or limiting reagent gets used up, the reaction has to stop and cannot continue. After the limiting reactant or limiting reagent is used up and the reaction stops, there is extra of the other reactants left over. Those are called the excess reactants. In this video, we'll first learn about limiting reactant and limiting reagent by comparing chemical reactions to cooking recipes. We'll look at how to calculate limiting reactant and limiting reagent using cooking ingredients, and then looking at an actual stoichiometry problem,

To view more IT requirements training, visit the Business Analysis Learning Store at http://businessanalysisexperts.com/business-analysis-training-store/. PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT: Business analysis is the process of studying a business or any other organization to identify business opportunities / problem areas and suggest potential solutions. A wide range of people with various titles, roles and responsibilities actually apply business analysis techniques within an organization. There are three fundamentally different flavors or levels of business analysis: 1. Strategic Business Analysis (aka Enterprise Analysis) (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/strategic-business-analysis/ ) 2. Tactical Business Analysis (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/tactical-business-analysis/) 3. Operational Business Analysis (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/operational-business-analysis/Operational Business Analysis) Strategic Business Analysis is the study of business visions, goals, objectives, and strategies of an organization or an organizational unit to identify the desired future. It encompasses the analysis of existing organizational structure, policies, politics, problems, opportunities, and application architecture to build a business case for change. This analysis employs business analysis techniques such as Variance Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Force Field Analysis, Decision Analysis, and Key Performance Indicators to support senior management in the decision-making process. The primary outcome of this work is a set of defined, prioritized projects and initiatives that the organization will undertake to create the desired future. If the initiative includes the development of software using an Agile Software Development Methodology (SDM) (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/business-analysis-agile-methodologies/), strategic business analysis techniques identify themes and/or epics, and initiate a product backlog. Tactical Business Analysis is at the project or initiative level to flush out the details of the proposed solution and to ensure that it meets the needs of the business community. Commonly used business analysis techniques at this level include Stakeholder Identification (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/how-to-identify-stakeholders-it-projects/), Interviewing (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/requirements-elicitation-gathering-business-stakeholder-it-requirements/), Facilitation (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/how-to-facilitate-requirements-gathering-workshops/), Baselining, Coverage Matrices, MoSCoW Analysis (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/requirements-prioritization-two-simple-techniques/), Benchmarking, Business Rules Analysis, Change Management, Process and Data Modeling (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/business-data-modeling-informational-requirements/), and Functional Decomposition (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-exposing-functional-and-non-functional-requirements/). In an Agile environment, Tactical Business Analysis adds to the Product Backlog and/or Release Plans expressed in Themes, Business Epics, Architecture Epics, User Stories (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-writing-user-stories/), and User Story Epics. In a traditional setting, the primary outcome of Tactical Business Analysis is a set of textual and/or modeled Business and Stakeholder Requirements (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-writing-requirements/). ..........

SWOT analysis in practice - Starbucks -------------------------------- Strategy analysis has two main branches – analysis of a firm’s external environment and analysis of a firm’s internal environment. SWOT is a famous framework that allows us to combine the two types of analysis. SWOT is sometimes referred to as internal-external analysis. The acronym SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. The first two, Strengths and Weaknesses, are related to a firm’s internal environment, while the last two, Opportunities and Threats, consider its external environment. Internal strengths and external opportunities are vertically paired as helpful elements, while internal weaknesses and external threats are paired as harmful elements. if we perform a company analysis, under strengths, we would expect to see its core competences, the areas where the business excels and has a competitive advantage over competitors. Weaknesses are areas that need improvement. Such vulnerabilities place a company at a disadvantage when competing against other firms. Opportunities can be seen as favorable factors existing in a company’s external environment, in the industry where it operates, and have the potential to improve its current results and competitive positioning. Threats arise in a company’s external environment and might harm its current business.

SN1, SN2, E1, & E2 Reaction Mechanism Made Easy!
This video shows you an easy way to identify if a reaction will undergo an SN1, SN2, E1, or E2 mechanism. SN1 reactions generate a racemic mixture of stereoisomers due to the planar structure of its carbocation. Both SN1 and E1 reactions can rearrange by means of a hydride shift or a methyl shift due to the formation of carbocation intermediate. There are no rearrangements for an SN2 and E2 reaction mechanism. Those reactions are concerted meaning they occur simultaneously in 1 step. SN2 reactions proceed with inversion of stereochemistry and E2 reactions proceed via an anti-coplanar transition state which means that the hydrogen that you remove must be opposite to the bromine before you can create an alkene. SN2 reactions prefer methyl & primary substrates. SN1 & E1 reactions prefer secondary and tertiary substrates. E2 requires the use of a strong base. Polar Protic Solvents favor SN1/E1 reactions because they can stabilize the carbocation intermediate by solvation. They're not good for SN2 reactions because they solvate/stabilize the nucleophile which affects the rate of an SN2 reactions (Rate = K[Substrate][Nucleophile]). SN1 reactions are not affected by the concentration or strength of the nucleophile due to the equation Rate = K[Substrate]. Polar aprotic solvents work well for an SN2 reaction because they do not solvate the nucleophile allowing to react freely with the substrate. Crown ethers enhance the strength of the nucleophile because they solvate the cation such as K+ allowing the nucleophile such as F- to be free to react. I hope these extra notes help :) New SN1 SN2 E1 E2 Video - Updated! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKJ0z7N6W5w Organic Chemistry Video Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5vjCqnVb6s&index=1&t=25s&list=PL0o_zxa4K1BU3gxU8RwqkEET2ilZ80Znj Access to Premium Videos: https://www.patreon.com/MathScienceTutor Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MathScienceTutoring/
State Symbols in Chemical Equations | Chemistry for All | FuseSchool
In this video, we will look at the state symbols (s), (l), (g), and (aq) and what they represent in a chemical equation. For equations to be complete, we must also include the state symbol for each reactant and product. There are four possible states, each with their own unique state symbol. Solid – represented by lower case s. Liquid – represented by lower case l. Gas – represented by lower case g. Aqueous, or dissolved in water – represented by lower case aq. This is written after each reactant or product in brackets and in subscript, meaning, a bit lower than the actual text. State symbols represent the state of each reactant and each product in a reaction, and must be included in every chemical equation. Why-Why Analysis? - Root Cause Analysis Tool
Why-Why Analysis or which is also known as 5 Whys, is a very popular technique to identify root cause of a problem. This technique is also used in the Analyze phase of the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology. By repeatedly asking the question “Why” (five is a good rule of thumb), we can peel away the layers of symptoms which can lead to the root cause of a problem. The technique is explained with examples and practical application to the industry.
