Meaning of Product Identification in terms of Business Opportunity

01:48
Write the meaning of product identification in-terms of business opportunity? While going through the entrepreneurial process, the entrepreneur will spot an opportunity and scan the environment, This will generate idea. All the ideas, identified should be transformed into a definite product, which has good marketability. Then only the it would be termed as a business opportunity. Product identification requires obtaining a concept of the product or service, after analyzing the idea. After product identification, the entrepreneur should verify whether the product is already available in the market or not. If the product is not available in the market, they can introduce it into the market. If it already exists in the market, they should have a strong reason for releasing the same product or service into the market. Otherwise, they have to drop this idea, and start the process again to identify a new product. Thus we can say that the product identification plays a crucial role in-terms of a business opportunity. 16 FAMOUS LOGOS WITH A HIDDEN MEANING (That We Never Even Noticed)

06:33
How to design a successful logo? How to build a famous brand for your business? Some of the most well-known logos in the world were purposefully designed to indicate something much more than simple beauty. In fact, it seems that in some cases, every line, curve, and color has meaning behind it. Adidas, Apple, BMW, Coca-Cola, Toyota… We see these famous brands everywhere but never consider what their logos exactly mean. Curious to know the secret? Watch the 16 famous logos with a hidden meaning you've never noticed. #logomeaning #logosecret # Hyundai 0:33 The letter ’Н’ symbolizes two people – a client and a representative of the company – shaking hands. Adidas 0:52 The current logo is three stripes at an angle which together form a triangle. This symbolizes a mountain, which in turn represents the challenges that all sportsmen have to overcome day after day. Apple 1:21 Rob Janoff, the designer who came up with the world-famous Apple company logo, explained his idea in one of his interviews. He bought a bag of apples, placed them in a bowl, and spent time drawing them for a week, trying to break the image down into something simple. Vaio 1:58 The first two letters of the Vaio logo symbolize an analogue wave. The last two are similar to the numbers 1 and 0 — that is, symbols of a digital signal. Amazon 2:14 The orange arrow is similar to a smile because the company wants its customers to be satisfied. The arrow is also stretched between the letters ’A’ and ’Z’, in a hint that the company sells absolutely every product you can imagine. Baskin Robbins 2:40 The pink-colored parts of the "BR" section make up the number 31, which is how many ice cream flavors Baskin Robbins used to famously sell. Toyota 2:56 The logo represents a stylized image of a needle eye with a thread passing through it. This is a hint at the company’s past – they used to produce weaving machines. Continental 3:28 Continental, a famous car tire producer, has a logo in which the first two letters depict a car wheel. Formula 1 3:41 If you look carefully at the white space between the letter ’F’ and the red stripes, you can see the number 1. Pinterest 3:59 On Pinterest, people collect images they like from across the Internet and ’pin’ them to their online boards. That’s why the image of a pin is hidden in the letter P. Beats 4:17 Beats, an audio equipment producer based in the USA, uses a logo in which the letter ’B’ looks like headphones on a person’s head. Toblerone 4:32 The famous chocolate company based in Bern, Switzerland, has a silhouette of a bear in its logo. That's because Bern is sometimes called a city of bears. BMW 4:55 The logo is simply a part of the Bavarian flag, the area of Germany where the company originated. LG 5:18 The logo is a stylized image of a person’s face. According to the company, this represents its aspiration to have human relations with their customers. Evernote 5:34 The corner of the elephant’s ear is folded over in a similar way how people fold the corner of a page to make notes. Coca-Cola 5:57 In the space between the letters ’O’ and ’L’, you can see the Danish flag. It’s purely a coincidence. Nevertheless, Coca-Cola has used this as part of its marketing campaigns in the Scandinavian country. If you’ve enjoyed this video, hit that thumbs up button! Types of Chemical Reactions

12:54
We'll learn about the five major types of chemical reactions: synthesis, decomposition, synthesis, single replacement (also called single displacement) and double replacement (also called double displacement). We'll look at examples of each, so that you can classify them, figuring out what type they are. In a synthesis reaction, a compound is made from more simple materials. In a decomposition reaction, a compound breaks down into simpler elements or compounds. In a combustion reaction, a compound (usually with carbon, hydrogen, and sometimes oxygen) combines with oxygen to give carbon dioxide and water. In a single replacement (displacement) reaction, one element that is on its own displaces another element in aqueous solution, kicking it out. In a double replacement (displacement) reaction, the positive and negative ions in two ionic compounds switch places, causing a precipitate to form.

How To Use Google Trends, 2018 Update! Market Research To Compare Keywords, Topics & Niches, Fast!

24:29
How to use Google Trends for internet marketers... The 2018 edition! Learn how to leverage Google's data to compare trends in keywords, niches and topic ideas in seconds. Use Google Trends for your market research to get a competitive edge on your competition, every time! Google trends was officially launched in May of 2006 and has become one of the world's most powerful niche and market research tool available free to you, every day! Whether you are trying to compare keyword search volume over time, or identifying which niches are currently trending to focus your marketing efforts, with a few clicks of the mouse you will be able to visually identify what is trending in the mindset of your target audience. If you want more help with keyword research and how to create your master keyword list, watch this video next: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eofkzs0fVOA Why is it important to know what is trending in the mass consciousness of your target market? Easy... People turn to Google's search bar for their deepest and most urgent questions. The questions they search and the phrases they use to create a massive dataset that begins to paint a picture of the biggest desires within your audience. Once you understand what the trending desires and questions are within your target market, you are able to create niche websites, articles, videos, podcast episodes, products and services to help your audience achieve their true desires. You see, desire is not created within your audience... Their desires are already there. Your job as an internet marketer is to tap into their desires, answer their questions, help them avoid their fears and ultimately achieve their goals and desires. When you are able to see what questions, desires and fears are trending, in nearly real-time, you have a very clear picture of what content and products are being requested by your audience. The Google Trends tool is the key to unlock this mystery behind your audience's deepest desires! This video shows you how to use Google Trends in 2018, quickly and efficiently so you can get the information you need, fast... And so you can get back to the 'work' that is creating the content or products. We start by looking at how to use Google Trends as a niche research tool, starting with the 'Vegan Dog Food' niche example I've used in several other videos. If you are at this point, working on niche research, trying to find your main niche, be sure to check out my playlist on niche research that shows how to use other tools to do even more niche research: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIZxKpnesTw&list=PL0sOKzn__yK3bPvVRts4CXOtPciYcu7iZ From here we move on to some big trending topics around Bitcoin and Ethereum looking at how the search volumes even track the price of these coins, to show how deep the Google Trends data truly goes. From here you will learn how to get additional topic ideas and keyword ideas from the Trends tool, too. The third example is how to identify seasonal trends, patterns and potential challenges for niches that have very seasonal buying seasons. Before entering a niche you need to know if it is consistent throughout the year or if it has low points through the year. If there are low points, all is not lost... You will see how to find counter-seasonal topics or products to fill in your low season through this tool! Finally, we look at trends in diet patterns, from the New Year's bump to the long-term patterns in lifestyle diets vs. diet fads. This gives a clear picture of what kinds of products people would purchase and what times of years would have the best chance to sell those products. If you have a list in the health and wellness space, you could leverage this information to know exactly what day each year would be the most profitable to launch a specific product offer, whether it is your product or an affiliate offer. Again, I believe it is through more effective and consistent market research that you unlock the opportunity to be more strategic than your competitors. Most people don't take the time to do the research... If you habituate the process of learning how to use Google Trends and the keyword research tool, you will find yourself gaining rankings in your blog, your YouTube channel and you will experience more conversions. My other favorite research process for niche research and content marketing is keyword research. You can get my full keyword research video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_FfdjNOgpQ Once you have the keywords and have created your content, you need to know how to implement those phrases into your content marketing... This free SEO course shows exactly what to do, where and why! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8EI6JaFbv4 How To Use Google Trends, 2018 Update! Introduction to Limiting Reactant and Excess Reactant

16:58
Limiting reactant is also called limiting reagent. The limiting reactant or limiting reagent is the first reactant to get used up in a chemical reaction. Once the limiting reactant or limiting reagent gets used up, the reaction has to stop and cannot continue. After the limiting reactant or limiting reagent is used up and the reaction stops, there is extra of the other reactants left over. Those are called the excess reactants. In this video, we'll first learn about limiting reactant and limiting reagent by comparing chemical reactions to cooking recipes. We'll look at how to calculate limiting reactant and limiting reagent using cooking ingredients, and then looking at an actual stoichiometry problem,

Acids and Bases Chemistry - Basic Introduction

18:21
This chemistry video tutorial provides a basic introduction into acids and bases. It explains how to identify acids and bases in addition to how they react with water. It discusses how to identify the conjugate acid and conjugate base of molecules. Finally, it covers the pH scale and provides some equations and formulas needed to perform common acid base calculations such as calculating the pH or pOH of the solution. It also discusses the difference between strong acids and weak acids. Strong acids ionizes completely and require a single arrow in a chemical reaction. Weak acids ionizes partially in solution and require a double arrow to indicate equilibrium or reversibility in a chemical reaction. This video contains plenty of examples. Oxidizing Agents and Reducing Agents

14:56
We'll learn about oxidizing agents and reducing agents, what they are, what they do, and how to identify them in chemical equations. Oxidizing agents make oxidation happen, and reducing agents make oxidation happen. And oxidizing agent takes electrons from something, allowing it to be oxidized, and a reducing agents gives electrons to something, allowing it to be reduced. You can remember this by noting that the thing that is reduced is the oxidizing agent, and the thing that is oxidized is the reducing agent. We'll then look at some equations and identify the oxidizing and reducing agents. To do this, we have to write oxidation numbers (or oxidation states) for the elements in the equation, and then figure out how electrons are moving, what is being oxidized and what is being reduced.

What are Reduction and Oxidation?

07:27
Oxidation occurs when an atom LOSES electrons. Reduction occurs when an atom GAINS electrons. You can figure out which atoms have gained/lost electrons by looking at "oxidation numbers", which are kind of like charges.

This KnowledgeKnugget™ (KK) is part of an eCourse "Business Analysis Defined". VIEW COURSE OUTLINE at http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-business-analysis-defined/. Also available as Paperback or Kindle eBook at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K7MM50O/. DESCRIPTION: Although the field of IT Business Analysis offers great career opportunities for those seeking employment, some business analysis skills are essential for any adult in the business world today. For example, the task of defining the requirements for an IT solution is handed to Business Analysts as well as Subject Matter Experts, Developers, System Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers, Line Managers, or any other business expert. Applying business analysis techniques to define their business needs results in much higher chances for a successful IT project. In this KnowledgeKnugget™ you will learn what business analysis techniques and tools are most commonly used around the world based on surveys of actual business analysts. This KnowledgeKnugget™ answers questions like: 1. What are the primary activities in business analysis? 2. What tools or techniques do they use? To view more IT requirements training, visit the Business Analysis Learning Store at http://businessanalysisexperts.com/business-analysis-training-store/. PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT: Business analysis is the process of studying a business or any other organization to identify business opportunities / problem areas and suggest potential solutions. A wide range of people with various titles, roles and responsibilities actually apply business analysis techniques within an organization. There are three fundamentally different flavors or levels of business analysis: 1. Strategic Business Analysis (aka Enterprise Analysis) (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/strategic-business-analysis/ ) 2. Tactical Business Analysis (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/tactical-business-analysis/) 3. Operational Business Analysis (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/operational-business-analysis/Operational Business Analysis) Strategic Business Analysis is the study of business visions, goals, objectives, and strategies of an organization or an organizational unit to identify the desired future. It encompasses the analysis of existing organizational structure, policies, politics, problems, opportunities, and application architecture to build a business case for change. This analysis employs business analysis techniques such as Variance Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Force Field Analysis, Decision Analysis, and Key Performance Indicators to support senior management in the decision-making process. The primary outcome of this work is a set of defined, prioritized projects and initiatives that the organization will undertake to create the desired future. If the initiative includes the development of software using an Agile Software Development Methodology (SDM) (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/business-analysis-agile-methodologies/), strategic business analysis techniques identify themes and/or epics, and initiate a product backlog. Tactical Business Analysis is at the project or initiative level to flush out the details of the proposed solution and to ensure that it meets the needs of the business community. Commonly used business analysis techniques at this level include Stakeholder Identification (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/how-to-identify-stakeholders-it-projects/), Interviewing (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/requirements-elicitation-gathering-business-stakeholder-it-requirements/), Facilitation (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/how-to-facilitate-requirements-gathering-workshops/), Baselining, Coverage Matrices, MoSCoW Analysis (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/requirements-prioritization-two-simple-techniques/), Benchmarking, Business Rules Analysis, Change Management, Process and Data Modeling (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/business-data-modeling-informational-requirements/), and Functional Decomposition (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-exposing-functional-and-non-functional-requirements/). In an Agile environment, Tactical Business Analysis adds to the Product Backlog and/or Release Plans expressed in Themes, Business Epics, Architecture Epics, User Stories (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-writing-user-stories/), and User Story Epics. In a traditional setting, the primary outcome of Tactical Business Analysis is a set of textual and/or modeled Business and Stakeholder Requirements (http://businessanalysisexperts.com/product/video-course-writing-requirements/). ..........

A simple guide to electronic components.

38:06
By request:- A basic guide to identifying components and their functions for those who are new to electronics. This is a work in progress, and I welcome feedback from you guys on whether I should break it down into more manageable chunks. I've kept the maths to a minimum, since it can be off-putting to someone just getting started in electronics. The idea of this video is to slot in some more of the jigsaw pieces involved in learning electronics, when you start to recognise components, but aren't quite sure what they are or what they do. It's tricky to squeeze even the basics into a single video, and I've just realised how long this one is (and why it took all night to upload). If you enjoy my videos you can support the channel with a dollar for coffee, cookies and components at https://www.patreon.com/bigclive

Introduction to Oxidation Reduction (Redox) Reactions

13:05
This is an introduction to oxidation reduction reactions, which are often called redox reactions for short. An oxidation reduction (redox) reaction happens when electrons are transferred between atoms. A loss of electrons is called oxidation, and we say that atom has become oxidized. A gain of electrons is called reduction, and we say that the atoms has become reduced. The two separate parts (oxidation and reduction) of an oxidation reduction (redox) reaction are called half reactions. Two half reactions can be put together to make the whole reaction. Oxidation numbers are numbers that can be written above atoms to show whether they are gaining or losing electrons.
