Assassin's Creed Origins is an action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It will be the tenth major installment in the Assassin's Creed series and the successor to 2015's Assassin's Creed Syndicate. It is scheduled to be released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One X.
The game is set in Ancient Egypt during the Ptolemaic period and recounts the secret fictional history of real-world events. The story explores the origins of the centuries-long conflict between the Brotherhood of Assassins, who fight for peace by promoting liberty and The Order of the Ancients—forerunners to the Templar Order—who desire peace through the forceful imposition of order.
Love AC since i was a kid, love how Ubisoft worked with Syndicate to Odessy. Since many fans said that AC died with AC3, to be honest, AC never died. All games are amazing how they are. I see no problem with Unity or Rouge, one of my favorites. I guess people are mad that after the Ezio games, the games sort of went low with the quality.
As if after Desmond's death, and the end of Ezio, they feel like the games have started to go a random path that doesn't connect to Eden. Just like if the games are their own thing and don't feel as good as when Altair and Ezio were the protagonists. Sort of like the fans think that after Ezio, Ubisoft have just milked their own Franchise with random Assassin's and confusing plots that have nothing to do with how the AC were.
But in my opinion, all AC games are good on their own. Ubisoft never killed the franchise, just maybe went off the roots a bit but went back on track.
I have a problem with my assassin's creed game. I can't hear any footsteps when bayek walks or runs, no whistling sound when bayek calls his mount, and neither can I hear any splashing noise when bayek lands in a puddle of water. I don't use a Logitech headset and my sound is on stereo by default. Please help. The audio in all my other games work fine. I only have a problem with this game. Please help. I tried informing ubisoft about this and I still haven't received any updates.
18:21 Damn how much trouble do they go through rebuilding those mannequins just to have some stranger's archery skill (Skyrim vibes) upped a little bit. Or maybe Hepzefa practises on it. Anyways, seems like a waste of time to me to build mannequins that get easily destroyed when their sheer purpose IS to be harmed.
Bayek: I apologise, great Amun-Ra, but I am in need of this.
Ah, good old Bayek, polite as ever. If I was the main character, I would just thought, that "Hey, this has been here for centuries. No one's gonna need it anyway." and looted the sh*t out of that place!
Finally no virtual reality shit that doesn’t bring you out of the game every Hour. So glad Ubisoft have done away with all that and just made an old style Egypt and Greece without the annoying virtual reality machines you got in the rest of the series. It ruined the gameplay for me hoping in and out of different worlds 🙄
