well said man, i like the style of vids you're doing lately. tbh it is kinda crazy and disillusioning how different most women's words/"beliefs" are from her actual actions. they will all say they don't care about muscle and just want to find a nice guy. then watch who they go home with lol. can also vouch for it being BS having gone from the chubby sweet guy to the muscular more confident one, and having results like your own

Thanks for the support man. And yeah it's kind of weird. I'm starting to trust my instinct more so than literally following the words that are said by girls. I feel the moment instead of going by the words if that makes sense.

GutsToCuts I've Been And Yeah I Understand That The Caloric Deficit Is Really Most Important. However, I've Been To The Gym But A Workout With Weight lifting Is What I'm Trying To Get Together.. Along With How Much/ Which Cardio/HIIT Workouts I Should Do.

keep in mind, that you need to eat a proper caloric deficit along with the workout program (mentioned in the workout plan itself) to make it effective.
