Have you been going through hard times and feel like there is no possible way you can get back on track? If this is you listen up! In this vlog I share a post that inspired me on reddit regarding two different approaches to getting back on track: 1- You are hard on yourself and verbally abuse yourself until you get going in the right direction again or 2- You take a grounded and balanced approach and just get back into it the best you can, where you are right now with what you can do.

I'd like to know if you'd make a video on Body recomposition for men and women. I'd like to know more about this specifically.
I'm super late in regards to asking, but I'll try to ask again on the next upload lol. Hopefully I remember to ask!
Really needed to hear this today as I begin my weightloss adventures with counting macros. I've been so afraid to start because it would mean coming face to face with where I'm at now and facing the decisions I've made to get myself to this point. It's a little scary and daunting but it's ok to know that I can forgive myself and move on and take it one day at a time, one step at a time.
Thanks for the very motivational speech! I will hold it dear to my heart and use it in my time of need. I thank you for spreading all the good vibes, it has helped me a lot! Keep up with what your doing. I hope to see you next time.
This was an important message! When we beat ourselves up we just weigh ourselves down that way. Baby steps are a great way to get back up and give us motivation. I’m loving the messages from you and the honesty behind them. Balance, self love and forgiveness are healthy and are just as important as maintaining physical health, they are all connected. I’m here for the next chapter of this journey. Namaste 🙏🏻
I love this video! I suffer from severe depression and I've found that going to the gym really helps my over all mind set. It has been giving me something to look forward to at the end of the day. There are definitely times (like yesterday) when I just want to lay in bed, but I know it's okay to have shitty days. Everyone has them. I need to focus on getting healthier and feeling better and healing myself through this part of my life. Thanks for another great video I appreciate you!!!
Hannah Kronenberger depression is no joke and I totally understand the depths of how real it can be. Bad days do happen but it doesn’t mean you need to stay down forever, it doesn’t mean you need to feel bad about already feeling bad, and there is always hope for continual progress ❤️
Nailed it right on the spot! The Small things add up!!! I have not been to the gym in 2 years and felt so un motivated but I started to just run on the spot ( no treadmill) and since I was already there I felt like doing one other small workout and even tho it’s not hardcore like the gym I still see a difference in my physic and mood 💪🏻😊
Christine, Thanks again for sharing! I think everyone needs to try to have a more realistic perspective on what health is! We can only do the best we can & That will greatly differ form person to person. Lord knows, There will always be obstacles along the way! Things that we have No control over! I think even in the most difficult times, we can find Happiness, if we are looking, Embracing life, No matter what! "This Life is Such a Precious Gift!" We shouldn't be consumed with our aesthetic appearances. We are all Uniquely different, Beautiful, coming in all shapes and sizes. I have spent far too much time worrying about being thin.🙁 I made a choice to look at how far I have come.. instead! I know that Our Emotional & Physical Well being Will only increase as we learn to Love ourselves for who we are! There is Great Joy & Peace that comes when you get to this point! Love yourself, You are worth It!!
This video is awesome and will help a lot of people ive found I have become most successful when I dipped my toes in the water first . Little by little then you pick up the momentum you were lacking to go all out. I always would give up right before that happened just because I would see everyone else trainers coaches insta models and I would tell myself ugh I can never be that disciplined but the truth is nobody documents their stepping Stones
