As a creativity consultant and international speaker,. Courtney Ferrell can be found standing at the busy intersection of ideas, energy, and people. Her latest idea, Girl Up, empowers young women to take full advantage of their gifts, their independence, and their possibilities in order to create an extraordinary life for themselves. In the past decade, she has worked intimately with thousands of young women as a speaker, teacher, coach, dorm mother, and mentor. Her mission is to provide girls with actions and language that will help them put common (and uncommon) sense into practice and become a sought-after person without compromising who they are.

Aswome talk but there's a few things to simple to explain like that the "boyfriend" thing brake up if he's not meeting yout needs. This trend is actually doing harm and i mean in general nothing to do with gender.. Its not all about us in a relationship its 2 different person's it cant be just about one and not the other.. Things are worked at and fought for its not this fairy tale about soul mates. It also bleeds out to the work place.. Giving up and no pushing forward or communication, most fall for This trend of expecting things to Be our way always.. There's alot of problems this continued trend is creating in young kids and young adults
she is amazing.
many good points highlighted and explained in short time.
its very important to have guidance while you are growing up and we definitely need someone to discuss about the ongoing issues in our life especially in our teenage. i feel motivated to make a positive change in my young loved one's life.
thank you courtney ferrell for sharing the knowledge.
Something about her just (profoundly) changed my life. I KNEW all of these things.. I just did not have the courage to accept it. I have been (dwelling) in a toxic relation that has been "over" for a long time. I now know that I need to not only say to hi, - It's over", but I am saying it to MYSELF... I deserve it.. SO MANY THANKS, Girl Up!
I am so beautiful and smart and valuable. I am powerful. I can do anything I set my mind to. My value is not based on my looks. Nobody can tell me what I am worth. I am a force of nature. No one can stop me or tell me otherwise.
