Making the Most of Our Small Space is going to be such a fun and REAL series of how I'm managing the 'smallness' of our little Los Angeles cottage with the whole-lotta-ness of stuff from both Tyler and I combine (ok, so mainly just me lol). Our budgets are small but our dreams are big, so follow along and get inspired on how to make the most of your space and make it beautiful no matter what your budget!

Why the rude comments?!? Shes trying to help us out with many different Christmas. Would be ridiculous for her to buy it all in one theme just to put it all away for the next. Expensive and wasteful. I'm sure she will get to a home tour and some DIYs.
Thank you!! I moved into a new house this Spring. We're out in the country. And my style seems to naturally fall into Farmhouse/ BoHo. Sounds like a weird combo..lol. But it is what it is. LoL a lot of different textures, Faux fur, Faux leather, Woods, metals , Stones and Crystals. I'm so excited to decorate my new place for Christmas this year. I LOVE that tree in the wooden box! I've never had a frosted tree or one that small. But change is good.. right? LoL 😂😭
Farmhouse is lovely but it’s ALL white. White everything?? I’ll pass. I have 3 kids, lol. But also Christmas to me requires red & green. All this white is a fad & in 5 years you’ll have to go re-buy all your decorations.
Hi Sharrah. Just thought I would tell you that I bought battery operated ornament spinners last year on line... loved them.. only draw back is you have to switch them on and off... you can hang them anywhere ..Amazon...Roman ornamotor.. love your videos and your moms.
Hi! I don't often comment on youtube videos generally but have been watching your channel for years and wanted to weigh in on this amazing video! One thing I'd love to see more of is more information on how to buy items that function effectively across different seasons... I have so little space in my house that it's difficult to justify purchasing items that can only be used for one season. Even worse, there's no place for me to store such items while working toward my make-belief, never gonna happen, minimal vibe that I'm always aiming for. What do you recommend for this? I love that you've talked about a few re-usable items here and would like to know more about how to reinvent things! Thank you!!
I am just so obsessed with Christmas I couldn't wait any longer! I did a video a couple weeks ago on fall decor (here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4S56KktWwQ&t=32s), I hope that helps you decorate for fall! Thank you for watching love!
I know this is off topic but can you please tell me what ikea curtains and rods you use? We just bought a new house. We are broke now but need stuff! Seriously you can hear an echo. Maybe a good idea for a video? House poor so need to fill space on a budget 😁 trying to hold out for pieces I really, really love but my house just isn't a home yet.
I can talk curtains any day! My curtains and rods are both from IKEA so they are very inexpensive. Here is the link to the rods: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S99929241/ and here is the link to the curtains: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/60297569/?gclid=CjwKCAiAt4rfBRBKEiwAC678KVD4fDdd0GORJXUnC89cOfEvfgkbdh2U1x4XDOQk7DX5pwsCV41WThoC3RcQAvD_BwE
I have a video all about hanging them and what you can do if they are too long or too short here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHoPIMz7Q4Y
I hope that helps! Thank you for watching!!
Kristina Popovic if you have stockings with initials/monograms then you could hang them on the doorknob outside each bedroom. Our daughter didn't like the idea of Santa coming into her room so on Christmas Eve we always had to hang it outside her room. It was cute.
I like the idea of visiting decoration stores, because we see more variety of articles of the same theme and that prevents us from combining styles. I would like to see classic / contemporary. Hopefully if you have contemplated it. Many greetings from Mexico
What about summer Christmas décor? Those of us in the southern hemisphere cannot create a winter wonderland without looking ridiculous (in South Africa it's often 40C on Christmas Day). Any suggestions for that?
I am doing cozy snowy woodland cabin. I think haha I took part a grapevine wreath like Rebecca showed in her past videos and I truly love the look and vibe. But now instead of whites and silver I’m feeling like I wish I had more golden things. Ganna mix it up and see how it goes.
I slowly started my Christmas decorating last month. I usually just do so much stuff! But this year I decided to do a more natural, streamlined farmhouse style. And I am happy so many of my fav YouTube designers are doing the same look!
I would love to see you talk about elegant, chic holiday decor. Incorporating gold, silver, white or blush and sparkle (like ice trees or garlands). Love this series and thrilled that you are doing two videos each week. Happy Holidsys!!
Why not actually show us how to decorate a room , instead of just talking about it !! In the intro you are actually decorating a room you are laying down a rug ! You don't do that anymore !! Just wondering why ?
Hey girl! I wish I had the space or the budget to decorate in every design style, but that isn't the case for me! I am going to show you my Christmas house tour in a couple of weeks with plenty of tips for decorating your own space. Thank you for watching!
I would love for you to do an episode on minimalist Christmas decor. When my children were little our home was a Christmas wonderland. Now, my children are adults and live away. I'm a widow and live alone. It is so very hard to get excited about all the fluff and frills when I am the only one that will see it. I would like a some way to decorate that won't be overwhelming to execute, too expensive, and can easily be created and dismantled by one person. I do want to feel the joy of the season without the stress.
